I have a launch PS5 and overall, it works. Except when the Network decides to stop working until I restart the machine, sometimes several times. The networking not working isn't even consistent, some things work but the telltale sign is that PS Plus or PS Now are not working.
I'm in Canada and I've gone to what is so far the useless support system that never puts up a phone #, a chat link, or anything. I've done all the suggested things, and nothing else (XBOX, etc) is having a problem. Restarted my router, reset the networking settings, and so forth.
Does anyone know the # or a direct link to chat support?
