Topic: New PS4 - Wish to set up correctly

Here is my scenario... we recently got a new PS4 Pro in our home. We have an existing PS4 that has a main account, with PS4 Network and PlayStation Plus. My one son has been playing on this unit for a few years and has amassed packages and game data that we do not wish to lose, but wish to set up the new PS4 Pro with the family.

Current Situation:
1. Current PS4 is set up under my name, with all his data under it. This includes the PSPlus membership.
2. We have a new PS4 Pro we wish to set up in the Media Room (as the main unit) but maintain the other PS4 in his room.
3. We would like to somehow move his data to his family member name (new) and keep my information (old) as the primary account.

Our goal is to look to see how we can accomplish the above without losing his "stuff" yet making me the primary account holder as the "adult". We have 5 family members that I wish to set up each with their own ID under the Family (or me as the primary). We also wish to keep his PS4 for him to use. That way our sons can play on-line (3 total) on separate units with each other and their friends. I am willing to pay a bit more for PSPlus but would rather not as we have an account...

Literally no support from Sony is available... I can set up the Family but fear we would lose his years of data (example he plays MoH, Fortnight, etc and has collected a bit of packages and data).

Any help is appreciated.

Hi, you can have 16 users and 7 accounts on one console. Games are locked to accounts and not users. You can game share between 2 consoles only, setting one as the primary. Up to 4 account holders can sign in on one console at any time, although you can only use the features from one account at a time. The current account is shown top right, the other accounts will be signed in in the background.

You are allowed more than one account in your name, just use a different email address and make an extra account.
