Last year my PSN account was hacked and games were purchased under my account that I never purchased and the person that hacked my account made two other names under Mt Family Management and once I got my account back after contacting playstation, I did the two step verification and everything was okay but I could never delete the two names from my family management.. I tried everything.. I need PlayStation app on my phone and on my console and I have called PlayStation many times nobody could ever seem to delete those two names that are under my Family Management... Does anybody know what I could do to fix this?
