bought usb mouse and keyboard for Fortnite for the lad. Magic Eagle Havit.
randomly getting 'mouse disconnected' with an immediate 'mouse connected, who is using this device?
It's happening sometimes after seconds sometimes after a few mins.
Have tried swapping usb port with the keyboard and the fault is following the mouse.
Also have headset plugged into a paired controller for comms. Is this overload?
Any ideas? Cheers
Same here, exact symptoms! Have you found a solution? I still have the option to return their product, but not sure that this would guarantee a different mouse working.
Unfortunately this site has no affiliation with Sony. If you can't get in contact with Sony support you will just have to wait until things are a bit better with lockdowns in place.
