Topic: Lost phone - locked out 2sv for ps network

I’m locked out of my PlayStation network as I changed my password and I need to provide the code which was texted to my cell phone.. trouble is that my old number is connected to my account so I can’t access it nor can I login to change it.

Support numbers are down currently..

Any ideas?

@RogerRoger I'm not sure if support has actually been closed, when you go the support pages it just states there could be delays and disruption when contacting them.

@RogerRoger Personally very low. I would prefer using live chat.
