Topic: I need help with a PS4 i haven't logged into in over a year.

I'm trying to sign into my PSN account but my email has changed since i first set up the account. Obviously it's not going to work if i try logging in with my old email i no longer use. What do i do?

I Don't wanna lose all my PSN downloads. Help!

@Truegamer79 best bet, contact sony customer support. I have helped many customers at my job for things simular to this. Changing accounts without access to email on file is tricky and usually requires direct company support.

I contacted support. That wasn't much help. They wanted to know the transaction ID of my last purchase but that would have been sent to the email account i don't use or have access to anymore. Then she just says to create a new account. If i do that i lose everything i bought from PSN.

So basically she just says there's nothing they can do without my transaction ID and told me to have a nice day.

@Truegamer79 thats rough. Poor service. Sorry to hear that.
Anyway you can contact the place that was for your old email and they can forward all emails to your new one?
That ia the only other way I can think of. Good luck.

That might work. Thanks I'll contact my old email service provider and see about forwarding my mail.
