I bought a Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War package through the PS store, my money was withdrawn but no content is downloaded or in the game.
Pls help me.
See if you can access it through the purchase history, through the dashboard. Also see if you have a compatible game. Maybe you have a game for a different region than the dlc, etc.
Yes, I see it in history. But really the one that should be downloaded to the PS4 isn't it? Nowhere does it just show me in the PS Store as "Purchased". How do I find out what region of the game I have?
@Djejsy if you bought digitally, then you should have the right one. But if you bought physically, there is a slim chance that you might have the wrong region. On the back of the case, by the barcode or esrb rating, you'll see a tiny logo of a globe(?). It will either say ALL or 2. If it's 2, it's european. If it's ALL, it's global.
Yes, I bought it digitally. Therefore, it is strange to me that the content cannot be downloaded. In the game in the Ochod section, when I click on "Franchise", it only tells me that: Content is not available.
