Topic: Family / age restriction

We bought a Fortnite PS5 code for my son who is 11 but he can't use it due to age restriction.... How can we get round it?

Also can 2 parents be managers in a family account?

@JJ23 I would check the family restrictions out in Family Management, my 8 year old can play certain Fortnite game modes that are marked as his age or lower, the only settings I restrict is web browsing, the rest left at unrestricted.

In regards to the second question if the 2nd parent is already listed on the family management screen you just need to tick the parent/guardian box.
