Topic: Error codes on used ps4, can't do anything! (PLEASE HELP)

Cannot do anything without getting error code (CE-32895-7)

tried everything in safe mode including uploading newest software via usb.
when I try to do this I get error code (SU-41350-3)

live in a apartment with shared wifi but using an ethernet

no idea what to do please help

I assume you have already done some Googling, I do not even own a PS4. But this is what I found:

    CE-32895-7 could be a DNS issue. I have had issues with my Internet provider's DNS server, and Google's DNS server (8.8.8.8) worked for me. I have low certainty this will work as DNS outages tend not to last very long, but this might fix it for you.

    SU-41350-3 could be an issue with the USB drive. I assume you formatted it to FAT32 or exFAT. In Windows File Explorer you can right-click the USB drive and see properties. File system should be exFAT, if not reformat it to be so. I have had issues with PCs not playing nice with USB2 drives in USB3 ports and vice versa, if this is a USB2 drive you might want to look for a USB3 one. Sometimes the USB port is filled with dust, which contact cleaner can fix (had this issue on an old dusty PC, I have also used rubbing alcohol in place of contact cleaner but this is not ideal).
