Topic: Conan Refund chances

I recently bought Conan exiles because I wanted to play it. Sadly the game is unplayable, even on single player it is extremely laggy.

I tried multiple solutions, the only advice people gave me was to buy an SSD. If I wanted to upgrade my gaming device I would just get a gaming PC.

What are the chances of having this refunded? I'm pretty sure I "played" a bit more than the 2 hour grace period, which was mostly waiting in loading screens and troubleshooting.
