Having a problem with my son's PS4 account. He is set to 3 hours per day but when he starts for the first time on any given day the timer is already clicking down, so he's already used a portion of his three hours. Depending on when he starts will dictate how long he has left. As an example yesterday I was installing a game for him. The playstation hadn't been on all day and his timer had 2 hrs and 33 mins left and it was going down despite him not even being in the house.
He seems to shut everything down properly when he finishes so I don't think it's a logging out issue.
When I log into the playstation account on my phone it doesn't register that any time is decresing so it is just on the PS4. I don't want to delete his account as he'll lose all the progress he's made in games etc.
Is this something that is familiar? I can't find anything on the net about it.
