Topic: Account has been deleted off my ps4 and cant play games someone help me

Right I'm not very technical when it comes to consoles and I'm completely lost! I bought my son a ps4 years ago and as you do I made myself a profile on the console so I could play a few games' problem is my son seems to have somehow removed my account off the ps4 😫 and it was that long ago I dont know what the email address was that was used or password' I ain't played the thing for ages as ain't much of a gamer apart from retro 👊 as I'm stuck in lockdown and ik dying to go fishing I want to play my fishing sim world game the game is still on the console but has a padlock on what can I do?

@DAVEY1985H the only way to recover your account is to contact SIE and go through the recovery process but at this time with the lockdown it's hard to contact them as they, like many other places are shut

@FullbringIchigo it's been so long since I used it that I dont know the email address or even my user name 😫🤣 can they find this out for me if I tell them things like the purchases I made and card details etc??

@DAVEY1985H sadly no, they would need to know the PSN ID in order to find the account

@DAVEY1985H They might be able to help but unfortunately you will have to wait till the lockdown is over to contact them. Sadly no one here can help you since this is a fan site and not in any affiliation with Sony. If you can't wait that long the only other suggestion would be make a new profile, rebuy the game and this time make sure your son doesn't delete it.
