Topic: A serious error has occurred in the system software

I have turned on my ps4 and a message has come up on my screen " A serious error has occurred in the system software". The main problem is that my controllers cannot connect to the ps4 anymore. I've tried using a new controller and it cannot connect to the playstation. Does anyone know how to fix that problem?

Did you try connecting the old controllers with a USB cord ?

Maybe boot the PS4 in safe-mode and then connect the old ps4 controller via usb cord

@nomither6 Hi thanks for your reply. I've tried connecting controllers via usb cord but still unable to connect controller to ps4. I've emailed playstation but still waiting for a response.
