Playing Hellraiser, and honestly I'm having a blast (part from the rubbish melee combat), also very refreshing to see a game not hold back on anything and I mean ANYTHING

I'll be playing Ghost of Yotei.
I have to finish unlocking all the new armor in Most Wanted so I can do new game plus in style.

Finishing silent hill 2 and maybe some death stranding 2 my wife is enjoying hellraiser

I'll finally be starting the Burial at Sea DLC for Bioshock Infinite. I'm looking forward to playing the two episodes because I've read that they take place in Rapture. Super excited to see what they offer.

After finally finishing Bioshock Infinite, I'll be starting Dead Space, PS3 version. My game for spooky season, as it were.

I’m still playing Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave on hard/classic mode. I just reached Part 2 in Cai’s path after 65-hours. My renown is completely maxed out, I’ve completed every side quest, numerous Paralogue missions, unlocked a handful of specialty classes for my characters, and unfortunately lost some people I cared about. This game is an all-timer for me, and I won’t hesitate to call it a masterpiece.

finishing off the blood of dawnwalker, then i’ll focus on ace combat 8. might start the recent monkey island game as secondary game.

Gears E-Day enjoying it so far up to act 3 hoping to get it finished this weekend so i can get back to Trails in the sky Chapter 2 remake. I'll also probably play some Battlefield 6

Still playing the highly enjoyable Wolverine on my 1st playthrough, then intend to start a NG+ run, before possibly looking at something new, or a second playthrough of Onimusha.

I plan on playing the P.T. PC port. I tested it tonight and it looks great at 4k with ray tracing, but I think I need to play it in the morning when it will be less scary. The VR mode thats been added sounds far too scary.

Also weekly challenges on GT7, continue my attempt at 100% GT1, and do a few more sagas on Dragonball Sparking Zero. I think I'll have to find a chill game too, not sure what yet.

I will be continued playing one of the best video games ever made in the excellent dying light. I just beat the campaign i will be playing the following dlc.i will be playing the awesome last of us part 2.i will be playing one of the best video games ever made in the amazing bioshock.i will continued playing fan favorite the phenomenal resident evil village gold edition. And i will be continued one of the best horror video games ever in the terrific eil within 2.i i will watch my pittsburgh steelers 💛🖤 play.i will be watching legendary sitcoms TV 📺 comedy shows in family matters.good times.the Jeffersons.sanford and son.different strokes.martin.the wayans brothers.married with children.and saved by the bell.word up son

Going to play concrete burial, started it a couple of weeks ago but was unable to complete any of the four sections, it's designed to be completed in an hour or two with no save system
I've also started a new game on disco elyisum, about halfway through hyperbeat, and will get some HLL: Vietnam matches in.
New term starts next week so going to have considerably less leisure time 👎

Galactic Racer and Onimusha, really enjoying both. So many great games on the backlog that may not get a look in for a while.

I’ll wrap up the Yotei DLC and if I have time between watching football, mlb playoffs, and money in the bank I’ll check out the Castlevania demo too.

Still at with Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave on Switch 2. But, I’ll make room on PS5 with WWE 2K26.

The Witcher 3 remastered and Bayonetta

This weekend I'm on vacation in a quaint town called SILENT HILL

As many people already know I've been working on completing my first Horror game and I decided (in a moment of madness) to make that first game Silent Hill 2 The Remake. I'm really enjoying the atmosphere (even-though it's very scary) it might have the most intelligent and expertly layered soundscape of any other game I've ever played, from flittering paper wrapped on lampposts, to the creaking of doors, traffic lights swaying on overhead lines, my own footsteps, the attention to detail is incredible. The lighting too, none of it is random, it's all careful arrangement by a team who understand the fine art of painting with light. The monsters themselves are horrible and I met my first one on a street that oddly enough shared my name 'Katz Street', it filled me with curiosity which was then quickly replaced by dread. And that sums up my experience so far with the game, moments of sheer dread and amplified anxiety peppered with moments of confidence/accomplishment.

• Bloober Team outdid themselves with the lighting, it's beautiful.

The combat is better than I expected, swings, dodges and lunges all feel very responsive and the shooting feels tight. I didn't think seasoning monsters in the dark with a pipe would be fun but it really is and now I understand why the game has such a following. I've put about fourteen-hours in and it does feel like I'm nearing the end. The sound and lighting are so organic, the environment is so rich in detail, everything is horrible and horrifying, but I'm grateful for the experience. I've spent my whole gaming life avoiding Horror games, my nerves just couldn't handle them, playing this game is a really big achievement and better than any platinum I've ever had. My plan at the end is to sit down with the games art-book and really explore what I've been through. Unfortunately the game has no photo-mode, I've been trying to create my own shots by forcing James into the wall and glitching the camera through his back, it's the only way I can save memories from my vacation and other than the lack of that feature the game has more or less been perfect.

• I managed to finish Crimson Deserts story too (after 466 hours)

When I checked my stats I saw some of the following: Exploration 16%, Item mastery 12%, Combat mastery 6%, Minigame mastery 0%, People 286/472, Factions 70/110, Territories 327/575, Creatures 202/402, Bosses 41/77, Mounts 8/29, Adventure 186/431, Collectibles 97/258, Quests 244/592, Memory fragments 70/327 (the game is huge) I really enjoyed the game but locking the dragon so far into the story (right near the end) was kind of deceptive, other than that (and those awful puzzles) it was a great experience so I'll probably be doing some more content in that game too.

That's about it really, Silent Hill 2 is really taking it out of me. It's been draining both physically and emotionally, and yet kind of exhilarating too. I'll also be making some time for BallxPit, I'm still really enjoying it. Have a happy gaming weekend Folks, enjoy your restless dreams and special places 🍵

Forty more sleeps until Leonida

Beat Marvel's Wolverine- controversial but I actually really liked it despite some glaring flaws. I enjoyed the story and especially what it seems to set up. I thought the combat was great once it opened up in Japan. Outside of the Sentinel, the other 4 major bosses were fun. The performers for both Logan and Jean were excellent. Jean Grey stole the show for me. Solid 8/10 for me. The lack of exploration and not opening up the combat for the first two locations hurt it. I can see NG+ being a massive improvement.

Control Resonant- very mixed on this. Level design great. Puzzles hit or miss. Voice performances ok. Combat dull. Enemy types boring outside of the bosses who are sponges. Not impressed given the goty talk around it. I've seen a lot of people say there's a certain point where the game gets good. So let's hope for the best.

Galactic Racer- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! The sound design, the vibration ans haptics, the crashing of opponent vehicles when you whack them with the ramjet.

Finishing Oblivion Remastered and starting Dragon’s Dogma II: Dark Arisen. I loves me a good third person arpeegee!!!

Playing:

• Trails in the Sky SC (Vita)
25 hours in and at early chapter 4. I feel the pace turned faster and introduced more urgency / interesting event at near the end of chapter 3, which is what i want after a slow burn for 20 hours. That back to back boss fight was fun. But now the pace feels kinda slower again despite i almost have everyone (i guess Joshua will not join in this chapter since he's at lvl 70 and has really strong stats that could easily kill normal enemies). Nonetheless i will keep playing this game to the end.

Finished:

• Resident Evil 6, Leon campaign
I've beaten this game again and this time i took it slower like almost a week with 2 hours playing time /day. Because of that, my opinion for this game has changed compare to when i beat it for the first time. Back then, i felt this game was a mediocre RE and action game. But now, i think it's not as mediocre as i believe. Still, if someday Capcom remake this game, i think they should just focus on Leon and Ada / Sherry rather than spread the story into 4 separate campaign.

Have a nice weekend everyone 🍻

Fortune's Weave but I did downgrade back to a base PS5 which has helped renew my interest in the console. That PS5 Pro buyer's remorse hit me particularly hard so it's nice to have positive thoughts about the console for a change.
