Another week has come and gone, and this one was at least a little lighter on the PlayStation related drama. In fact, I think there's been some cool stuff this week, with various new Marvel's Wolverine trailers for example.
Aaron Bayne
I'll be chipping away at Red Dead Redemption 2 a little more this week, which I'm loving, but in addition, I think I'll keep going with Halo: Campaign Evolved.
Jamie O'Neill
Ninja gnarliness is necessary this weekend, because Ninja Gaiden 4 is the seventh game in the seventh month of my New Year's resolution to play 12 PS5 games that aren't available on PS4.

I'll definitely be playing Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls this weekend. I've participated in the previous betas, but this one is much more fleshed out, so I'm hoping to really get a feel for the game before launch.
Stephen Tailby
I have a review game to play, otherwise I'd likely be spending the weekend playing the open beta for Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls. I might still nip in here and there, but my attention will mainly be on something completely different.
That's what we're playing this weekend, then, but what about you? As always, you know the drill, so let us know in the comments section below.

I continue to enjoy Cyberpunk 2077!
On the side I have Wizordum and the amazing Majesty Gold HD
Have a great gaming weekend and screw Sony!
After 196 hours I’m one boss and one Milk Molar away from the Platinum for Grounded. The grind and searching is beginning to annoy me now so I’ve decided to give it a rest and get the steering wheel out and just cruise around the US on the Crew 2.
After reading some comments about the Fireteam 2 article I’ve decided to re download Aliens: Dark Descent as I didn’t give it a proper go last time out.
A bit of Just Cause 3 as well as who doesn’t like mindlessly blowing stuff up? 😂
Brotato on the Switch as completed Danger 3 now I’m getting my a** handed to me on Danger 4 😂
Have a great gaming weekend Pushsquarians! 🍻
Greetings fellow video game enthusiasts. I'll be getting stuck into Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, which I have been enjoying. Still getting to grips with the game as there's a lot to grip, but it's keeping me entertained. Happy gaming time everyone.
I'm finishing up Doom Dark Ages which I've absolutely loved (a fair bit more than Eternal Bullet-sponge), I'm going straight into the DLC.
I've had a couple of weeks off the site because I got sick of seeing the firehose of negativity (it seems to be a bit better recently). I've managed to complete and platinum CrossCode (PS4 which had one missing trophy) and PS5, and Graveyard Keeper, and almost got the Ball X Pit plat. I'm really close to my 10,000th trophy in 18 years of the things!
Have a great weekend Folks!
Hell let loose Vietnam cross play test!
Have a great weekend!
Still AC Black Flag for me, a life on the ocean waves is still keeping me entertained.
I've bought Palworld now it's v1.0, and I'm looking forward to starting that too.
Whatever you are playing this weekend, I hope you have fun!
Taking a break from Persona 2 Eternal Punishment by playing Smash Bros Melee instead.
P2 is a good game, but it can also be REALLY tedious at times.
This weekend I'm going to start a playthrough in kingdom come deliverance 2 thanks to all the guys giving me advice and info about the game.💪
I'll continue playing pba bowling aswell it's very relaxing to play and of course some Forza horizon 6!
Happy weekend folks ✌️
I’ve been playing Far Cry 3 on PS5. I had forgotten how good it was. I’m a third of the way after about 8hrs, might go for the platinum. Also playing some Crusader Kings 3/Civ VII when I’m on the Portal.
Got 100% on Wuchang just a couple minutes ago, so still deciding what's next. Might be time to go back to Metaphor.
Dungeon Drafters. It's a dungeon crawling deck builder with some nice pixel art.
i’ll be slugging my way through ghost of yotei, not sure if i’m going to attempt the platinum games just to dull.
i’ll also playing psi-ops, it’s kind of crap so if the next stage continues the stink it will get deleted.
I will be playing one of the best video games ever in the incredible crash bandicoot 4 its about time.incredible graphics. Gameplay. Story.boss fights.soundtract.crash bandicoot is one of the best protagonist ever.I will be playing the instant classic the amazing shinobi 🥷 art of vengeance.joe mushashi is legendary. The gameplay. Mario Kart and maaaaybe Mario Bros Wonder for me this weekend. Just killing time now until Tokon arrives.
I finally gave up on Hades II
After weeks upon weeks of chasing trophies in an an attempt to explore the entire game, I’ve had enough.
The two last(?) Chaos trials are simply ridiculous. Not just hard. But ridiculous. I understand challenging, but this is all sorts of wrong.
I won’t spoil it. If you know, you know.
Quite frankly it went from a 10 to an 8 in my eyes.
Onwards with the excellent Mina the Hollower. Also found a cheap copy of Stranglehold (the one with the sub-VCD version of Hard Boiled on the disc) for PS3 so I'll give that a spin when I (inevitably) get stuck on Mina.
Finally reached Kuttenberg region in Kingdom Come Deliverance II. Now my priority is to save Hans, I miss him like craaazy 💀
Hope everyone has a relaxing weekend!
Bit of a boring update this week, and next week probably, as I'm still playing
AC Black Flag Resynced - and loving it! I had plans to play other games as well but Black Flag just has me totally hooked. Its awesome! No need for any more details than that me thinks, its all been said already.
Have a great weekend all!
This weekend i'm playing:

Contra Shattered Soldier and Neo Contra possibly have the most badass and manliest opening CG in Contra series. Both games also has artworks done by award winning artist Ashley Wood and Jim Lee.
Have a nice weekend everyone 🍻
Gonna do a 2nd run through of Dispatch on PS5, which i played for the 1st time this week. Fantastic game, genuinely laugh out loud funny. At first I thought "ah, there's gonna be zero gameplay to this" but its still great. Trying to platinum it but there's a lot of RNG to some of the trophies !
Also Halo Campaign Evolved on GamePass ( yes i paid the upgrade for early access, sorry not sorry) and its brilliant as ever...started on Normal mode which is waaayyy too easy for some reason, so upped it to Legendary. Looking forward to many playthroughs!
Plus lots lots more Battlefield 6 on XBX - the new Tsuru Reef map is fantastic...
Have a great weekend guys and gals ❤️
I'm finally getting around to Resident Evil 2 Remake. I got it dirt cheap off PSN. It's great.
Revisiting Cyberpunk 2077 to do the phantom liberty dlc.
Forgot how much I enjoyed this game.
Happy weekend everyone!
@playstation1995 ....Dude, how can it take you 3 weeks to watch one movie !??!!? 🤣 do you watch it in 20 minute chunks ? Get it watched already ! 🤣🤣
Still going through Slay The Spire. Which I am thoroughly addicted to. Acquiring the two trophies Minimalist & Speed Climber were no small feat. One for completing the tower with no more than 5 cards. And the other for completing a full Spire run in less than 20 minutes. Where an average run can go for an hour plus. Took about 100 failed runs each before everything aligned perfectly. But when the gameplay is addictive as it is. Those 100 runs just fly through. Happy Gaming All.
On PS5 I'll be continuing Black Flag and i just bought Palworld and probably play a bit of Battlefield 6 later. On Switch I'll continue Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined only about 6 hours in but I'm enjoying what I've played so far.
Snagged the Platinum in Mouse PI so I’m all about Luna Abyss and Tokon right now.
Beyond that I think I’ll knock out some levels in the Cowabunga Collection or soar through Gotham in Legacy of the Dark Knight. Enjoy the weekend all!
I’m continuing my pirate adventures with the wonderful Edward Kenway. I’m also going to be chipping away at some more Dragons Dogma - as I’m inching my way at to lv 200
Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core. Picked it up dirt cheap via Humble. Not played it before and don't really know much about the story before FF7 so should be interesting.
Also some old games using RetroArch. Recently set-up cloud saves between Android and PC so I can play at home and on the go seamlessly. GT1, Pokemon Emerald and Marvel Ultimate Alliance are currently on my playlist.
Just finished my first ever playthrough of Control last night, which was a lot of fun (yeah, I know I’m late to the party!) might give Rise of Ronin a shot on ps plus, even though it’s not meant to be great. Should tide me over until Beasts of Reincarnation in a week and a bit (please be good!)
Have a good weekend all!
Still on my 2nd run of the masterpiece Baldur's Gate 3. Dunno if there's some indie game somewhere with many choices but this by far is the only game with multiple choices with consequences in an AAA setting. The game's just too good! Trying Tokon too, it looks so wonderful.
I've been hearing some disturbing reports this week from the land of Palworld. Apparently players have been (checks notes) treating their Pals poorly. There are countless incidents of overworking and two of the main culprits seem to be @guacguacboo and @DennisReynolds. The conditions are too dreadful to mention so I decided to build a tower/resort (that absolutely isn't hiding many ore processing and lumber sites, nor is it housing an assembly line of everything from jewellery to assault rifles and guided missile launchers)
Here at the Hotel Paliforniya we offer only the finest accommodation for our visitors (workers) including luxurious beds and beautiful vistas of the bay (and the oil-rig to remind them of the job) high quality hot springs (for when their backs give out) Fully stocked bars (potions, hot-milks, anti-depressants) Kitchens stocked with only the finest cuisines with meats sourced locally (from Pals who attack me and leave me no choice but to shoot) They can try our delicious Munchill Steak, Pancakes, Grilled Lamball and of course various varieties of cakes (for when they suffer mental breaks/depression and need a Sanity boost) enroll them in our fun filled Expedition Centre where they'll run dungeons to their hearts content (x100 at a time, forever on an endless loop of loot) we're protected around the clock from pesky raids by a battery of rocket placements and machine-gun nests (Sabaton too for morale) so safety shouldn't be a concern.
This is my second build for 1.0. My brief was simple enough, to use elevation and for the interior Fusui 風水 (Japanese Feng Shui) to create a free-flowing, open and bright space for my Pals to enjoy. As with all bases I don't like the idea of taking Pals from their lives and enclosing them in captivity so I try to focus on beautiful comfortable surroundings. Elevation has (is/work in progress) allowing me to build tiers of production, bedrooms, facilities for relaxation and my current project a fully functioning Japanese village that contains an abundance of crops (I need to feed fifty Pals) little houses with kitchens for cooking, dining areas, flora to suit the region (cherry blossoms everywhere)
I also built a library for myself and I'll be putting in a pent-house that doubles as a Buddhist temple, for my second residence. Possibly a landing pad for my flyer Marina Raskova (Night Witch from WW2) Feng Shui was also used to better control the natural pathing of the A.I. and to better control the movement of materials and items. All of my bases are small passion-projects, this one is no exception, I really don't want to rush it so at the moment it looks rather scuffed but it's getting there. And that's about it, happy gaming weekend Folks.
I'm delving into my PS2 collection again this week. Been playing Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II, which I'm hoping to finish this weekend. After that I think I'll try out Seek and Destroy or World War Zero: Ironstorm.
I have a few things going at the moment...
In preparation for the new Plague tale game, I'll be replaying A plague tale Requiem, some tape 2 tape and the awesome Denshattack!
Just finished Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced and I’m halfway through chapter IX on Crimson Desert. So I’ll be continuing that and I also couldn’t resist getting Death Stranding 2: On the Beach on sale so I’ll probably start that too.
Hope I don’t get open world fatigue 😂
@Onearmbandit Long time no see, are you rocking any Metal to accompany your gaming journey this weekend? I'm mostly going with Sabaton for all of the raids in Palworld. It looks cute and cuddly but there are guns, lots of guns and Sabaton compliments the battle.
@DrVenture69 Glad to see you stuck with Graveyard Keeper and I still don't know if that's with the DLC? Those add so much life to an already packed game. We still have the second one to look forward to later this year too.
@Mr-Cage Glad to hear you're giving the series a try. I was joking about combat by the way, it's like Ravix said manageable with more and more practice. But I did get constantly murdered until I put a couple of hours into the training feature, and of course switched to warhammers and maces. You are in for an incredible journey.
@GirlVersusGame "Here at the Hotel Paliforniya." You can check out anytime you want but you can never leave...love it absolutely love it 😉
Mandragora whispers of the witch tree for me along with the obligatory marathon and rallying sessions. I've installed avatar too so I'll give that a butchers..Have a great weekend as always folks 👍
@Northern_munkey just wanted to say that I added redacted to my wishlist and I'm waiting for a discount. Brilliant recommendation
@naruball check out mandragora too. The best metroidvania/souls like I've played. I'm about halfway through and I can't put the bloody thing down.
@Northern_munkey Thank you I couldn't help it. I hope you and Bozzer have a good weekend of gaming planned, I'm going to guess Marathon because my PC friends are running around on a new update too and had some really good things to say. (I just saw you mention Avatar) I do want to try Blueman Group Far Cry but I've yet to watch any Avatar movies. I paused my Cameron consumption after Titanic and now there are multiple Avatar movies. Far Cry Primal is a lot better on PS5 than it was on PS4, it looks a lot like Avatar, so I'd be interested in seeing how well they did with Avatar. Mandragora looks great too, I hadn't heard of it until now.
I finished the brilliant Trails in The Sky: 1st Chapter, now the waiting for Chapter 2 begins. I'm playing Yakuza: Like a Dragon, very funny and interesting game. Just got a 4 members party. Can't wait to see more of the surprises this game has to offer.
Got the plat in Assassin's Creed Shadows, but there is some content to clear, and I will. Started Alan Wake II. I like the Remedyverse, and I know this game won't disappoint!!
A great weekend for all you guys and girls!!!
My PS5 turned it's self off saying it was too hot yesterday evening so I'll have to try and clean the internal fan.
Then Darwin's Paradox and possibly start book 2 of Moss forgotten relic.
@Northern_munkey I just watched a short review and gotta admit. It looks great!
As usual, I'm playing Pokémon Champions; the monthly Challenge Series is on this weekend so I'm trying to get as high up the ladder as I can. I haven't properly participated in the past challenges but this month I'm going for it.
Other than that, I'm playing Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced, which I'm really enjoying. It's also a real looker with everything cranked up. If I remember to download it I'll also have a look at the Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls open beta.
Oh, and Forza Horizon 6 is still in rotation as I'm working towards the achievement for getting a series history reward.
@GirlVersusGame
Boz is fine but bear had to go see a specialist for a CT scan as he's hurt his leg and is limping. Hopefully all is good and he won't require surgery 👍
Slashing faces and winning races in Mafia: The Old Country 🤌
@GirlVersusGame Yeah I'm going to give it a go hopefully it sticks and I get the hang of it looks like a game you could lose hours in without even noticing.
Seen a couple beginners guides of the game so wish me luck haha
Thanks for the info and advice my friend 👍
@Ravix Caruso!
I love that game top notch gaming for my tastes!
I need to go back to it knock off a couple achievement/trophies that I missed the first time!
Enjoy!
Not played much recently other than starting a playthrough of MGS via the master collection, which is probably the 1000th time since the 90s. Had a look at the Adventures of Elliot demo and really liked what I played so will be researching that genre a little. Off to see the Odyssey tonight so may start something like Oblivion 🤔
Have a boss weekend all 👍
@Northern_munkey Hopefully a speedy recovery, he's rocking that Marathon aesthetic too.
@Ravix Rub it in (races) the one from the original game was impossible, I watched someone do it on Youtube over and over again, I'm pretty sure he was high at the time and over and over again he did it with no problems. All of the comments were asking what he was smoking, they couldn't do it either.
@GirlVersusGame thankyou.
@GirlVersusGame Hi, yeah I’ve not been posting much as been busy with family life and work. Just been reading PS mainly. Liking the reason for a bit of Sabaton 🤘lol. Unfortunately my weekend won’t have a lot of music 😢 but if it does it’ll be Tool, SOAD and Slayer.
Have a great weekend gaming and nice to hear from ya. 👍
Cheers, @Mr-Cage hope you enjoy KCD. It is maybe 80% vibes and humour 20% combat 100% Henry sim RPG. I always resort to a comment I once read and stole. The quests are like The Witcher 3 without Witcher Senses. You'll understand once you get into the flow of things. It doesn't hold your hand, but it is better for that, it really feels like a classic rpg where you need to be thinking with real logic rather than 'game logic' or following markers blindly.
figlio di buttana! I can tell i'm going to like this one, too. It is definitely inspired by the old 2kczech Mafia games. BTW the writer of Mafia 1 and 2 created and wrote KCD, so... 🤷♂️ perfetto
@GirlVersusGame my main thing going in was 'please, no races' 💀 but nearly right away, bam! Race or fail. Managed it first time, thankfully, but I nearly crashed my horsey with my one obligatory mistake in the final stretch 😬
PS5 Pro- Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Rise of the Ronin, Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4.
Steam Deck OLED- Deadly Premonition: The Directors Cut, Ghostwire Tokyo, Saints Row The Third Remastered, Ys VIII.
XBOX Series X- I'm looking forward to Gears E-Day. I've been playing Gears 4 and 5 horde modes.
@Ravix Thanks my friend I'll definitely keep that in mind while playing.
Yeah I love the mafia games except the third one that was terrible!
Great setting story and characters!
Planet crafter, great game, nearly have trees.
All the Doom. The Revelations DLC is pretty excellent.
Other than that I will be finishing up reading The Talisman. A new book is coming in October, and it sounds like it will be tied to the Dark Tower series.
@GirlVersusGame I wish had the creativity to make something that good.
@GirlVersusGame , I got all the DLC after I clicked with the base game (I thought was only fair since I got the game for free ), I've done about a third of it so far but I needed a break after 163 hours The platinum is a bit grindy. I'm definitely going back to it at some point. I just hope they make the next one a bit less obscure, I had to use a guide a couple of times. (Hotel Paliforniya cracked me up btw You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave )
This bad boy 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Just restarted Tomb Raider (2013) on PS3 last night. What a looker. The last time I played it was December 27th 2013, and I managed to make it 57% through. We'll see if I can clear it.
Been picking at Raidou Remastered too - it's neat so far, about 2 hours in. I bought the original when it came out, never opened it, and then it became a "Well, I'll emulate it or play it if it gets re-released."
Lastly, Final Fantasy IV from the Pixel Remaster collection is a good one. The story segments are succinct to a fault. They exist to support and direct the gameplay, which is great.
Have a great weekend, everybody.
@KingPev haha yes I started watching final destination bloodlines during the world cup soccer ⚽️ and I was watching my you tube videos. Playing video games etc.so I will definitely finish watching it.it a fun movie. Haha.word up son
Having got my Bond platinum I have moved onto Reanimal which is excellent, reminds me of ICO at times having a little girl companion (I am assuming it's girl not really sure) anyway great game, I highly recommend it should have it done by Tuesday when my Halo disc arrives!
Happy gaming folks
@DrVenture69 How is the Ball X Pit platinum? I have it in the backlog and looking forward to it, only heard good things!
@DennisReynolds Thank you but part of it is admitting that you can, no other game makes base-building as easy. I'm not sure what level you are but after that sixty mark you'll start to see a lot more sets and decorations. I usually spend some time with sketches/notes before I commit to a build. One big achievement was when the Developers of one game wanted to make one of my builds a point of interest in an update but it was made on console and they needed a PC file. It's called 7 Days to Die, the original PS4 version was an early Alpha (even on Disc) and was torn apart by reviewers. Which I agree with, it was a scam to dupe console players. PC was updated, PS4 wasn't.
The PS5 version is about eight-years ahead in patches. It's a great game but crafting and building take a lot longer. Some of my favorite action in a survival gaming too. I was in some buildings for hours fighting and looting. The Developers redeemed themselves in a big way. Kind of a secret too and very hidden on the Store.
That's all custom, all I had was a hilltop to work with. It took weeks of gathering, crafting, and there were so many hordes to deal with, I like the results. It's fully defended for end-game, layers and tiers of automatic guns/mines/CCTV activated turrets with 360 coverage, it can go into automatic lockdown and is 100% safe from anything that game throws at it. The wiring almost finished me, there's a maze of cables buried under the hill and I had to do it all with a shovel. I was digging for days and nights. There are farms for food, water, cooking, an airstrip for my gyro-copter, garages, living and work-spaces. I'd never been contacted by a Developer before then, someone saw some screenshots on Telegram, they ended up on another site and eventually I was asked for a PC file, it was the only time I kicked myself for playing on console. I have so many bases and builds on that game but it's too addictive so I've not been back in months.
@Mostik it's a bit RNG-y, there are about 3 transformations that need multiple steps (cross A with B = C, cross C with D, that sort of thing), so it's a bit fiddly. It's a fun pick-up-and-play game though, the kind I like in the evenings when watching TV
I’ll be playing my physical copy of Granblue Fantasy ReLink Endless Ragnarok. Getting to the ending on the base game soon
@DrVenture69 Excellent thanks buddy, sounds like and ideal side game, have a great weekend 👍
@Mostik you're welcome You too!
Got the platinum for Dragon’s Dogma Dark Arisen. Now I’m on to the A Plague Tale series. Beautiful game and great voice acting and characters!
Well, I actually have absolutely nothing to play right now. There are certainly games I want to play but there’s no way I’m paying full price for any of them and I’ve pretty much run out of options in my PS+ Extra catalog. There’s just nothing grabbing me right now. That said, I’d certainly welcome any suggestions if anyone has any. Regardless I hope everyone enjoys whatever they’re playing this weekend and as always……….no rage quitting 😉
Doing another playthrough of Re4 (2023) on pc.
@DETfaninATL whenever I feel like that, I try to narrow it down by genre (action/puzzle/rpg), if that doesn't do it, I usually go play Tetris Effect to stop consciously thinking about what to play and something usually pops in
@GirlVersusGame That looks pretty amazing.
After getting the platinum in Sword of the Sea, it's time to raid my backlog for something else, possibly Tunic. Also continung the latest Elden Ring playthrough.
Holdfast: Nations At War
Later post than normal for me as I've just managed to sneak in a cheeky barbecue before the UK weather closes in and it rains for the next seven days...
Started A Plague Tale: Requiem and I'm really enjoying it so far, on Chapter 4. It reminded me immediately how much I loved the first one: the characters and voice acting are a real highlight and the way failing in stealth gives way to brutal, sling based combat is excellent. Excited to see where the story goes.
@IntrepidWombat I can't replay my PC games on Steam where I completed them and it says "last played 29th December 2013" as I don't want the date over-written and the memory of that time lost!
That's one of the reasons I got the Switch 2 version of TR!
The Hardy Boys dropped on WWE 2K26 this week, so I’ll be playing that. Gotta make time for Expedition 33 as well.
Splatoon Raiders OMG this game is so much fun! I’ve always wanted the Splatoon gameplay but in a full single player game, and this delivers in spades.
AC Black Flag resynced Trying to take more forts, recruit more officers for the Jackdaw, and progress the main story.
Also still playing Docked, and Mouse PI for hire.
Hey @DrVenture69 your comment grabbed me because I had the same reaction to the recent atmosphere. But even more uncanny, I too should be finally breaking the 10k 🏆 mark this week. Crazy! Let’s be sure to celebrate this milestone, it’s a big one 🍻
@teh_jokr Congrats buddy I've got about 95 trophies left, so that's a couple of sessions on Vampire Survivor Adventures
@Zuljaras how is Cyberpunk 2077 atm dude? I downloaded the Pro patch and it completely messed up sniper aim and scanning mode (forget the name), with horrible lighting issues on the base PS5. Is it any better?
I never got to the DLC which I was looking forward to until disaster struck.
I'm having a blast playing Splatoon Raiders, the game is fantastic.
Mainly bit of Warzone, BF and CoD multiplayer with the missus in-between work, and then maybe a scattering of Switch 2 gaming.
Other than that, a whole lot of work on the house renovation and gardens whilst trying to also do actual work.
Whatever you're all getting up to, have lots of fun doing it!
@Hyena_socks It looks phenomenal in Docked mode. I am forgetting that I play on a small handheld.
And the game itself really surprised me, it is immersive as hell and the attention to details is huge!
Starting the Battle Pass Grind for Battlefield 6 Season 4! The new map is awesome, and I'm back into the game like I was at launch.
Have fun everyone!
@Zuljaras that's great, do you know if the sniper zoom and scanning mode is behaving?
Set I played the patch amped up the sniper zoom and slowed the scan mode to pretty unplayable levels.
If it is fixed I'll jump back in, if it's your first playthrough hope you have a blast - it's a truly incredible game!
@Hyena_socks I do not have a sniper right now and by scan you mean the L button function?
@Zuljaras that's the one! And give it 5-10 hours and youll be drowning in more weapons than you know what to do with.
@Hyena_socks Just to get this correct I must use the scan mode and sniper rifle zoom together?
Dragon Warrior (NES) - Grinding for XP/Gold as usual. I'm saving up for the Full Plate and I acquired the FIghter's Ring.
Rayman Jungle Run (Windows Phone) - Another excellent time killer here and there when I need a break from DW.
Hexic (Windows Phone) - Also another great time killer in rotation with Rayman.
@Hyena_socks Just tried scanning and aiming with the sniper and I have no issues. (You cant aim and scan at the same time)
But the character walks slowly when scanning so II guess that is normal, no glitches or anything like that.
And I play just from the cartridge, no updates/patches.
I’m on day one of my family vacation, but the Switch 2 came with me. I’ll squeeze in some Splatoon Raiders if I’m not sleeping.
Not much gaming on ps5 for me lately, but kids played today Ratchet & Clank and Darwin's paradox.
I mainly playing on steamdeck - last 2-3 days it is Call of Cthulhu, currently in chapter 8.
In TV some darts, Tour de france and F1 tomorrow. Hope you have a great weekend and happy gaming, everyone!
@Zuljaras thanks dude, sounds like they may have patched the issues out, I'll free up 100GB and give it a spin.
Thanks for checking, and I hope you enjoy the playthrough. It's very good, very dark and hits hard when it wants to.
Just some Deadbydaylight this weekend between work.
@Marquez my garden sure needs it lol. A lot of people around us had barbecues today so naturally we had a chippy 😁👌
@GamingGod Chippy is going to be essential this week... got a cracking one five minutes' walk away. And as for the garden, yeah it's pretty brown out there right now.
Playing as feMC, Kotone, I'll be mingling with people after school, improving social stats at night and grinding the floors of Tartarus in the excellent Persona 3 Portable.
The Avatar Fighting Game. Which there doesn't seem to be a review of here...
Finally got started on Pragmata. A simple and fun gameplay loop with nice shiny graphics. Also nostalgically addicted to Retro Rewind (video rental shop simulator!) and taking my private pilots license on MSFS 24.
Happy gaming y'all!
Just finished The Sinking City Remastered. The story is intense and the actual detective/investigation loop is genuinely great and I liked piecing the clues together. That said, the combat is pretty rough around the edges and definitely drags the experience down a bit. Ready for a chance of pace, so I just kicked off Call of Duty: WWII
Working on a first-time-since-childhood play through of Xenogears (on PS3). The game is pretty archaic (doesn’t even gave analog control) and has been a challenge in patience for sure, but man I just love it so much. If any old Square RPG deserves a remaster with some QOL fixes, Xenogears is it.
Also working through Elliot, which is awesome and disappointing all at once.
@BaronLaw “and for a change of pace, I’ve been taking a look at textile merchant… textile merchant norfolk edition!”
You may get that but you also may not lol
I've been enjoying the 'hell let loose: vietnam' play test. The game runs a lot smoother than I was expecting, it does a good job of changing core gameplay dynamics, plus being faster paced, while staying true to the OG's dna. Probably a day one for me.
I took a break from Skull and Bones to play FIA European Truck Racing Championship yesterday, but today, I might go wild, boot up Mindseye and see what the bizarre football game is all about
Started Age of Empires 2, to just relax for a short session. It took me 4.5 hrs already.
I jumped into the Marvel Tokon beta. I wish more of the SP content was unlocked but I liked the bit of the episode I was able to play and more importantly the gameplay, audiovisuals and roster.
Most of my weekend was spent playing The Alters. The DLC (based on an ending I never saw) recently released but I decided to replay the main game before jumping into it. I made a choice I hadn’t made before (that involved killing someone) and tried to minimize the culpability of my crew in order to spare their feelings but that only seemed to increase the rage of the dissenters (the majority of my crew) and eventually the mission was ended by a rebellion.
I just can’t really get into anything at the moment, just waiting for something to suck me in.
Spent a bit of time on Avatar, but just makes me want to play Far Cry tbh, and all the exploration and crafting is becoming a bit of a boring grind.
Finally got the Marathon plat yesterday! The new Vaultbreakers mode is lots of fun, but if they want that mode to stick around, they'll need to add a lot more objective variations or introduce similar modes in different maps. Great proof of concept, but it will get old pretty quickly. It's basically a really hard strike from Destiny.
