And so we've reached the weekend once again, which can only mean one thing: time to play some games! Here's what's keeping us occupied.

Excited to say that I'm playing Saros this weekend! I've been dying to get my hands on this one!
Jamie O'Neill
I can't decide whether to buy the digital release of Spica Adventure now, or to be patient and pre-order a physical copy of Parasol Superstars Limited Edition from ININ. Spica Adventure is a cutesy, colourful platformer by TAITO, which harks back to TAITO's cutesy, colourful platforming prime.

I should finish Pragmata this weekend, and I have a pretty random urge to play Ni no Kuni. Maybe I'll start the remastered PS4 version, but no promises!
Stephen Tailby
I'm currently playing Saros, and that's all I can say. Expect a review in the coming days.
That's what we're playing this weekend, then, but what's on your agenda? You know the drill by now — let us know in the comments section below.

I thought enough time (and updates) have passed, so I guess its time for Crimson Desert...Just got back to Hernande after doing the sky bridge stuff....Other than that, I'm continuing my GTA run; just nicely into the Ryder (or Shermhead as CJ calls him) missions on SA...And I thought I'd bash on the original RE4 - not played that in a while 🙂
I have started a new fresh run of Diablo 2 Reign of the Warlock on the Steam Deck. Currently I only have a Sorceress that I rushed to Act 3 in Hell to farm LK for High Runes.
I will finally play and enjoy "I have no Mouth, and I must Scream" on a console Never finished the game but it is dark and amazing! All Point-And-Click adventure fans must play this!!!
Third, enjoy the chaos of Wolfenstein II on the Switch FULLY on the cartridge I wish they could do this to the Bioshock collection
Happy gaming everyone!!!
I'm playing Pragmata but I like to call it Dad Space
I'm playing Mouse P.I. For Hire, originally I bought it on Switch 2 but the performance is pretty poor so I bought it again for PS5. The game looks fantastic, sounds great and is my type of first person shooter
Well I pulled the trigger on my evo 32r rim for my sim rig so when it gets delivered today I'll be tearing up fafe in Portugal in my mitsubishi evo lancer. A lot of GT7 in VR of course and the obligatory round or 10 of marathon with the guys..have a great weekend folks 👍
Even though I still haven’t completely finish the excellent Clare Obscure and Gordian Quest, I got Hades 2 and can’t stop playing it.
@Zuljaras how do you post pics here because I really want to show off my rig when my new wheel gets here later.
@Northern_munkey I use imgbb.com
Just make an account there and upload the images in your album. From there you can generate the embed code easily with customizable sizes
On the Pro Im playing Dad Space Pragmata, Resident Evil Requiem and Crimson Desert. On Switch 2 Mouse P.I For Hire and Games Pass Replaced
Super Mario Galaxy 2: Disappointed to go back to the "World Map" structure and lose the Comet Observatory, although the Starship Mario is pretty cool. Bringing Yoshi along provides new challenges and new ways to overcome them, and so far there are clearly plenty of ideas left to explore in the galaxy theme. Glad to finally get a chance to play this!
Hades II, baby!
Bit of Marathon, got absolutely mangled in a few Cryo runs last night. Also bought Star Trek Resurgence, only played 30 mins or so but story is great and the characters are interesting so will definitely keep playing. About 2/3 though Spiderman 2 also, great game.
I've almost finished Bloodborne, I really want to get Pragmata, but I also really want to replay Elden Ring, so it might be a while.
I also rebuilt my old gaming rig (10 years old!) with Windows 11 and I've got Freelancer and Painkiller working beautifully for a bit of nostalgia. Simpsons Hit and Run and Privateer 2 next.
I'm playing loads of Graveyard Keeper in the evenings, it's a bit of a steep learning curve, but there's a lot going on in it. Thanks @GirlVersusGame for the advice about the ladder, it saves a tonne of time!
It's Witcher 3 time again this weekend! I try to do the main quest but keep getting distracted by everything else besides. I'm also playing dragon quest 11s as well and maybe some diablo 2 as well.
@Oram77 Dad Space Well done!
Lots of Pragmata this weekend. I have a few parts arriving today, so I may start digging in to the Polaris ATV when I get the urge to do something with my hands.
Have a great weekend, everybody.
Hades II. Sometimes you need to give a chance to games you think oh "it's not for me", they might just surprise you. The game's brilliant. How the heck did they manage to put in new dialogue with everyone every time you return to your abode...gameplay and art direction is fantastic! Now I'm in a hurry to get the first soon as I'm done with this. Plus, KCD2 as usual, the side quests never end but it's just a joy to play in that beautiful world. Same with CP2077's crazy lighting raytraced world which I'll be undertaking some gigs in. I reinstalled Prey - that game from Arkane, damn it's a gem!
Finished Space Marine 2 last night on PS+ and it was not the worst, but I'm also glad I didn't pay for it. I would say it landed at around a 6.5/10 for myself. The 40k vibe and the horde tech was excellent but the actual campaign was completely forgettable. I found the combat mechanics pretty poor with extremely sluggish moves and the parry and dodge mechanics didn't really fit the game. I grant it would probably be better as a co-op but for a single player it was meh.
Think I'll start Cat Quest 2 next as a quick palette cleanser before something bigger.
On PC I'm still playing through Gloomhaven again. 30 missions in and still only retired one party member which is a real achievement as the others are not even close to retiring.
Hoping to wrap up my first playthrough of Wukong, or at least come close to it. Yesterday night I was about to finish Chapter 4 and I heard 5/6 are shorter (especially the sixth). We'll see how that goes.
Continuing with the Crimson Desert / Marathon combo of the last couple of weeks.
Into Chapter VI of Crimson Desert and still mainly in Hernand, which makes me worry the main story pace and exploration of the overall map are going to feel poorly balanced the further I progress - we will see.
Looking forward to giving Marathon's new sponsored loadout mode a go - the whole lobby starting with the same gear will be a welcome change from loading in against people stacked with gear from Cryo, when all I'm trying to do is a fetch quest.
Have a great weekend everyone.
More Crimson Desert on PS5 Pro - i still feel like ive hardly made a dent in the game yet, loving it despite it being a bit plodding and clunky in some aspects.
Trying to mop up some obscure Achievements in Forza Horizon 4 on XBX, my personal fave in the series and just downloaded Replaced on GamePass - hopefully it lives up to its reviews !
Have a great weekend guys and gals ❤️
Snagged the platinum in Minishoot Adventures and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Zelda or Twin Stick shooters. Beyond that I’m almost through RE Requiem and I’m slowly enjoying my time in Crimson Desert
If time allows I’ll revisit Night City and spend time replaying Returnal to prep myself for Saros!
Happy Gaming all!
Yup, it's Pragmata. Haven't managed to get far, but gameplay and dialogues are already very enjoyable.
Hades 2 for the next month. It’s so damn good
Finished:
After beaten 2 open world Batman games and 2 Castlevania games, i think this weekend i will take a break from video games and read some manga, watch The Boys, or do some clean up with my room / house 😃
Have a nice weekend everyone 🍻
Greetings fellow video game enthusiasts. This weekend I will be exclusively playing games where little girls cling to the backs of large dudes (Donkey Kong Bananza and Pragmata). Happy gaming time everyone.
Having finished Space marine 2 platinum last weekend I then started Planet Zoo. Great game but can be tough getting those hard difficulty trophies. In it to win it. So campaign mode it is
Still at it with Crimson Desert! 65 hours in and I’m still in the first area and loving every minute!
Also bought Ground Zero to play on the side, which I highly recommend to anyone who enjoys old school horror games like the original Resident Evils
My co-op game at the moment is Ready or Not but we’re also going back to Abiotic Factor tonight for our Saturday night Multiplater game.
Wrestlemania weekend, so WWE 2K26 it is. Along with Pragmata, I’ll be starting that game too.
RE4 Remake and Balatro today. Requiem has put me in the mood for a lot of RE games and 4 is awesome, 2 Remake tomorrow!
I was robbed by the Gooch yesterday on GTAV online (don’t think I’ve laughed that hard before at a game). Didn’t even know The Gooch was a thing (giggling whilst writing this).
Lots of Slayer in me lug holes and some very spicy Korean noodles to soak up the beer whilst watching the football today too!
Have a great gaming weekend Pushsquarians! 👍🍺
Hammering Immortals Fenyx Rising hard, and wondering how come Ubisoft can instill so much fun into this when the Assassin Creed opens world games are so dreary......
Ratchet and Clank Quest for Booty and Pragmata
i’ll be playing old school rally and resident evil requiem on the 5pro. old school is disappointing but i can zone out while playing. i’ve only played 50 minutes of requiem, finding it underwhelming so far.
On chapter 11 of Judgment hopefully finish it this weekend really enjoying it some of the side cases are mental. I'm also about 30 hours into Starfield and I've only done 1 main story mission just messing about and doing all the faction missions.
Mouse P.I. Great boomer shooter.
RE Village. After RE3R which was a let down for me, this one is much better. I'm back in the village after my first stroll through the castle. It's also a beautiful game. Love it.
Have a great weekend!
Too many games, not enough time! And I’ve been off work this week 😂 Still playing the brilliant Crimson Desert, which is not only my GOTY (so far) but one of my favourite games in a long time. I’m around 60 hours in, and still feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface lol. Still mostly in Hernand, but have made a few excursions into Demeniss. This morning I was just outside the Hernand town centre and I noticed all these people standing either side of the path, and I thought “what’s going on here?” Next thing I know lots of soldiers came marching through and the crowds were cheering! And this wasn’t even part of a quest, I was in free roam. Nice touch.
Pragmata I’m really enjoying this. I was worried that the whole hacking thing might be a bit gimmicky, glad to say I was wrong! Great visuals, and satisfying, punchy combat. I’m currently in the second main area, which looks a bit like New York.
I feel like with Crimson Desert and Pragmata I’m already getting my moneys worth out of my new PS5 Pro 🙂
Replaced On Xbox/Gamepass. Yet another great game, with really nice graphics and solid gameplay.
On the final leg of World War Z: Aftermath and Test Drive Unlimited: Solar Crown now (though both have long final legs if fairness). Good games the both of them… and I even enjoyed the pvp on the former, which is unusual for me.
I will be playing fan favorite the incredible metro 2033 from metro redux.i will also be continued playing the instant classic the excellent dragon dogma dark arisen. I will be continued playing one of the best video games ever made in the amazing red dead redemption 2.and I will be playing another one of the best video games ever made in the phenomenal assassin's creed oddysey Gold edition. I'm still celebrating 🍾 my michigan wolverines 💛💙 winning the ncaa basketball 🏀 🏆 championship. Best defensive team ever.i will be watching my boston celtics 💚🖤 play.its playoffs tine.i will be watching legendary sitcoms TV 📺 comedy shows in family matters.good times.the Jeffersons.sanford and son.different strokes.martin.the wayans brothers.married with children.and saved by the bell.word up son
Just finished the fantastic Hi-Fi Rush, best game I've played so far this year.
Currently playing Bionic Bay, it's a puzzle platformer and I'm about half way through.
Got Mouse PI.
I wasn't 100% sure during the intro, it was giving me a headache but really got into it now.
Also playing life is strange reunion and after a slow start that's also grabbed me
Still totally hooked on Starfield and Dragon Quest VII reimagined, but I must say Pragmata looks very tempting.
Continuing my Metro journey with Metro: Last Light. Excellent game. Happy gaming!
@Zuljaras thankyou my friend 😉
Planet of Lana 2 - finished and platinumed. Really enjoyed this beautiful game, its more of the same but better so if you liked the first game you’ll def like this one. Short and sweet, looks incredible with a nice soundtrack and fun gameplay and puzzles.
Also picked up Pragmata but havent had the time to boot it up yet, but hopefully I’ll find the time to play some later this weekend. Really looking forward to it!
Awesome day yesterday, hadn't realised but along with Pragmata, Marvel Cosmic invasion and Hood Story all landed on my doorstep
Lots of Pragmata for me trying to stay calm whilst hacking & shooting! Game plays and looks brilliant, will try to get some Cosmic Invasion in at some point though!
Happy gaming folks
Probably Marathon getting close to my platinum now, just have to hit level 100. Got 139 hours played so fa,r probably 20 more for the plat. Still loving it and enjoying the free kit mode they’ve added as a trial
I’ll be playing WoW. They can pretty much put this on my gravestone at this point.
Elements: Epic Heroes (Windows Phone) - Started playing this again in bursts.
World at Arms (Windows Phone) - Most of my attention is going to this atm. I just want to wrap it up now.
Playing Pragmata and Hades 2. Both are very different games but have great action, lots of enemy variety, some wild bosses and a ton of cool weapons to play with.
Nioh 3, the NPCs are all getting a bit excited so I think this is the final push
Well, technically I wanted to complete Life is Strange Reunion before Friday, but that didn’t happen, so there’s a good chance I’ll try to play it this weekend.
Outside that, yesterday I got Tomodachi Life, Pragmata, Mouse PI, and Crimson Desert, and I booted them all up yesterday and tried them all and may yet continue playing them all at once.
I went down the Mass Effect rabbit hole, and I felt the need to replay the Legendary Edition of Mass Effect 3. Also, in my delulu mind, I keep manifesting Steve Cortez as my real-life hubby LMAOOO. He's the best romance option perioodttt.
@Gaia093 You are in for a treat buddy, BM was my GOTY. Chapters 5 & 6 are definitely shorter, especially 6 which is really short but your power levels will be so high that it all comes together to a brilliant final boss, if you can, try and get the proper ending too by beating Erlang he is a bit of a pain but be sure to use your fan. Enjoy!
@Oli-Wasp great game too, I thought Fenyx was a good game to platinum and I quite liked the humour, some of the vaults were good brain teasers!
Hopefully wrapping up the giant task of getting the PGA Tour 2K25 plat. Then onto a bit of Hades 2 before Saros comes out.
These days, I'm playing a few games:
Assassin's Creed Shadows. Just eliminated the last regular Shinbakufu (that damn guy with the 659176 shinobi put a hell of a fight).
Trails in the Sky First Chapter. This game is so engaging that when I am at work I keep thinking about it.Still in chapter one of the main story, doing all cases and sidequests.
Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Just finished the main story, what a ride!! Now to do all the remaining side content and grab my platinum.
I hope you are all well my friends.
Other than the usual Mewgenics and Pokémon Champions (I'm still languishing in Great Ball tier) I'm kind of at a loss when it comes to what I'll be playing next, because I finished South of Midnight last night and, my goodness gracious, I loved it. Below is the review I put on Steam immediately after finishing the game. It's not comprehensive or even particularly well written, but I think it sums up how I feel about South of Midnight:
South of Midnight has an immediate initial wow factor; the stop-motion style animation is cool and the visuals are extraordinarily pretty. Then I got to the platforming and puzzle solving, which are both inoffensively by the numbers. Then I got to the combat, which is slightly too stiff for my liking and not in the least bit remarkable. At this point, I wasn't sure how much of this game I would actually play.
I'm glad I carried on.
Some might argue that a gorgeous visual style or a fantastically told story that takes inspiration from Southern American folk tales shouldn't excuse the actual "game" parts of a game being so unremarkable or by the numbers. Hell, up until about 20 minutes ago I might very well have agreed with you. But, my god, South of Midnight is exponentially more than the sum of its parts.
Could the story have been told as a film or a TV series? Absolutely it could have, but by being a game - having you guide Hazel through the environments she must traverse and discovering the fates of the various mystical creatures and human inhabitants of Prospero - South of Midnight's tales of heartbreak, suffering, regret and love are so, so much more powerful than they would have been if you were merely passively observing them.
Special mention also has to go to the soundtrack. Every piece of music and every song is exceptional, whether it's just setting the tone for a scene or going full-on musical theatre to further bring the tragic stories of characters like Two Toe Tom, Huggin' Molly and others to life. I'm glad Xbox Game Studios started just giving out the digital deluxe extras with the standard edition of the game, because this is a soundtrack that I'll want to listen to again without question.
I could probably count on one hand the number of games that have made me so invested in a narrative or feel for characters as much as South of Midnight did, or games that are as beautifully animated, or games that are just such a joy to experience. South of Midnight is one of the best games I've played in a very, very long time.
Far Cry Primal 🦣
I’m playing Rise of the tomb raider after watching a friend play and some more Pokopia. I’ve also got the itch to play some Sims 4, as it’s been one hell of a week back and forth the hospital and sadly one bad nurse made my life hell. So I must continue the tradition by remaking the person who wronged me, and terrorise them. 😂😂😂 a therapist would disagree with my emotional regulation.
I finally earned the platinum for Marathon, and since progress carries over to Xbox, I wrapped up all the achievements there as well. I’m still pretty hooked—Bungie’s latest update has been nothing short of excellent.
Starting Monday, I’m on a ten-day vacation. I’ve begun Pragmata and it’s been great so far. It definitely has those familiar Capcom traits which isn’t a bad thing. The combat is adrenaline driven with its mini-game hacking gimmick, but it’s done remarkably well. In addition, the opening hours strongly remind me of Dead Space, and oddly enough, Death Stranding. And yet, it captures the essence of an Xbox 360 game.
My goal is to finish that, then move on to beating and 100% completing Replaced. I’ve put a few hours into it—on chapter 4—and it’s been fantastic. The 2.5D aesthetics are some of the best I’ve seen, even rivaling Square Enix’s Octopath series. The world-building is top notch, and the combat feels reminiscent of the Batman: Arkham games. I’ve yet to encounter any bugs the game is reported to have, so that’s a major plus.
I’ve also realized that, as much as I love PlayStation’s trophy system, I prefer the Xbox ecosystem overall. It’s where I’d rather play most third-party games—and Sony’s first-party output is starting to wear thin on me with its formulaic design.
However, I think my preference boils down to timing. I was a young teenager when the Xbox 360 launched, and that era left a huge impression on me. I grew up with the NES and owned just about everything—SNES, PS1 and PS2 (Max Payne, Manhunt, Vice City we’re very influential), N64, GameCube, Dreamcast, original Xbox—but I vividly remember the day my parents surprised me with a 360. We didn’t have much money. My parents were on disability, so bills were tight and food was scarce. One day when my mom picked me up from school, she told me to check the glove box—inside were Perfect Dark Zero and Condemned: Criminal Origins (still one of my all-time favorite horror games). I freaked out. When I got home, the console was already set up, with Call of Duty 2 on the screen, ready to go. I actually broke down in tears. It’s a moment I’ll never forget. To this day I have no idea how they managed to afford all of this, and I’ll never ask.
I also remember going to the public library back when that was still a “thing”—and reading previews for Gears of War. The screenshots blew me away. I had watched the launch trailer hundreds of times, with “Mad World” stuck in my head. When it finally released, it felt like nothing I’d ever played before. It completely revolutionized the third-person shooter genre. I became obsessed, and was ecstatic when I finally earned every achievement, including the 10,000 multiplayer kills.
My best friend and I would play through it co-op endlessly. Our summer vacations would consist of Gears of War, Halo: CE cooperatively, and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell series split-screen. It was pure magic. That entire generation is packed with countless memories that I look back on fondly.
Anyway, I’m not sure how I ended up on that tangent, but yeah—Pragmata and Replaced are my main focus. Of course, I’ll more than likely get sucked into Hades 2 once again, and may even finally try out Crimson Desert, but we shall see. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
Replaying baldurs gate 3 👹🎉😅
@DrVenture69 Freelancer, what a game, jealous you've got a set up to run it!
Well, the Cyberpunk 2077 PS5 Pro update hooked me and I'm currently playing it again as the third and final life-path "Nomad" which means I will have experienced everything the game has to offer when I roll the credits.
The game feels completely new and even more immersive thanks to the graphical updates. I don't quite know how to communicate how awesome the entire package is. You'd think I'd rush it considering it is my third playthrough but I'm actually taking my sweet time savouring everything.
PS5 Pro- A Little To The Left (doing daily to unlock the Platinum), Pragmata (will take up the majority of my weekend)
Capcom deserves praise for once again including amazing gyro controls to both Pragmata & RE Requiem. I hope the gyro support continues with future releases.
Steam Deck OLED- Dying Light, Hogwarts Legacy, RE6, RE Revelations 2 (Raid mode), Zombie Army 4 (horde mode)
Switch 2- Mario Wonder, RE Revelations 2 (Raid mode), Xenoblade Chronicles X Switch 2 Edition (got distracted by other games, so I haven't been playing it).
Finished Seperate Ways earlier in the week and now ive started both Darwins Psradox and Mouse P.I for hire. Both really cool in their own way.
Enjoy the weekend all
@Kraven ....thanks for that! You brought back some great gaming memories from the mid 00's for me with that ! Feeling very nostalgic now
@Marquez what I have heard about Crimson Desert is that once you are out Hernand and into the next region, it feels like you’ve hit reset because that next locale is just as jam packed with things to do.
I can’t verify myself yet either, but I don’t doubt it after hearing 300 plus hour stories of still having things to do.
I finished my backlogs The Alters, Frostpunk , Eriksholm. Waiting for my Pragmata disc to arrive.
I am done with Crimson Desert. Finished the game on Thursday, never going back. For the first time in my life a video game caused burn out in me. So sad it remains unfinished and features offered never cane to be while I played it (ridable wyverns, air ship, etc.).
I picked up again Dragon’s Dogma
2 to add my virtual prayers to the RNG gods for a DLC. That game is so amazingly fun and well done, to me.
Looking forward to Saros in the near future.
Stealing paintings and talking to animals in Divinity Original Sin.
@ErrantRob YMMV
Re: late game CD areas:
I felt late game areas feel sparse and empty, as compared to Hernand. Just like in Elden Ring the Mountain Tops felt lonely, compared to Limgrave. Event density is reduced. There is a lot of beautiful scenery, but not as much to do.
I'll keep playing Mouse PI. Enjoying the game a ton, I want to finish it first before starting Pragmata.
Finished that trash raid in the slop of Yotei dlc, so now I can move on to something well designed and competently made. Pity sucker punch didn’t make any legitimately engaging dlc content for Yotei like they did with that awesome Iki Island expansion in the first game.
What they offered was mostly ‘Run to point A!! Kill enemies! Now run to point B!! Kill more enemies! Lather, rinse and repeat!’ I felt genuinely stupider after slogging through that low-iq fodder.
I’ll be continuing the slow grind towards platinum on Red Dead Redemption 2 while I wait for Saros. I’ve made some great progress and I’m VERY close to having all but the 2 hardest trophies left. I hope everyone enjoys their time gaming and can hopefully enjoy some time outside in some good weather. No rage quitting! 😉😂
More Crimson Desert.
I'll be starting up Pragmata to take a break from hoarding knick-knacks in Starfield.
Thank goodness for my local Smyth's, after Amazon UK soft-cancelled my preorder by kindly informing me that I could expect delivery by the end of June and their AI support chatbot didn't see any issue with that. Lord, they don't even pretend to run the business competently anymore.
I'm 57 hrs into Crimson Desert still in Ch. 4 in Hernand. Shocking but this is the 1st weekend since launch that we didn't get a patch 😅
All the same, enjoy your gaming everyone!
I've been no-lifing Nioh 3. Outside of the sometimes janky performance, a fabulous game. Am about halfway through the second proper region.
Have put that down to take in Pragmata . Hail Capcom, I can see this being at least in my top three of the year. Played it for six hours last night when I got home...
I'm on the last section of the Screamer campaign so working towards finishing that. Have to say the story and characters are genuinely quite fun and well written and the gameplay is top tier with really solid visuals/music.
Starting up Pragmata tomorrow. Been looking forward to it ever since playing the demo!
Both of these while dipping in and out of Marathon to do some Cyro runs. First live-service game in a long time that has its hooks in me and keeps me coming back.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Finishing some trophies in Ninja Gaiden 4 and then moving on to Pragmata.
@ErrantRob Yeah that’s exactly where my friend is right now - apparently end of chapters 6 and 9 do that. I’ve hit the large area to liberate in chapter 6 and it looks overwhelming! Massive game and clumsy as hell, but really enjoying it.
@GuttyYZ There is actually a free HD project and you can download the game (ive still got the original disks), so it is still possible to run it. I was chatting to Copilot about it which set me off. It was a little bit chuggy on my Surface 2 but runs beautifully on the old 1080ti machine. It’s still a brilliant game too! I liked Chorus okay, but Freelancer is deeper
@DrVenture69 I also have Freelancer on disk, but maybe I'll give this HD project a go! Cheers!
I enjoyed Chorus actually, thought the combat was great, little bit underrated in my opinion. You could also try Everspace 2 but I found it to be a bit like Just Cause in space after a while, others seemed enjoyed it more than me however.
Persona 5 Royal. I haven't beaten the original, so I think this is a good opportunity to finally overcome. Beat the second palace, moving on to the third.
@GuttyYZ Privateer 2 was my other go to (showing my age now 😄)
I’m at the end of RE4 Remake, so I’m going to be wrapping that up. Also, I’ll be playing Pragmata, I absolutely adore this game, so far. The combat is a ton of fun and Diana is the most adorable and charming kid I’ve seen in a game.
@Oram77 I can’t express enough how disappointed in myself I am for not thinking of “Dad Space.”
@Markatron84 ...it is a very special, unique game, despite the clunky, arena based combat
Dragon’s Dogma 2!!! 86 hours in just farming and beating stuff up lol.
Tennis Elbow 4 - playing now first rounds of US Open 2005
Escaping Wonderland (VR2) - chapter 3 of 8 now complete
Assassin's Creed Mirage
Resident Evil Village - Shadow of Rose DLC
Chess Mate & Ecchi Secrets platinums
Gollum, Rise of Kong, Walking Dead Destinies
Crimson Desert for me, have been quiet enjoying riding around and picking up things to do.
Tempted to pick up both Mouse PI and Pragmata... Will probably get Mouse this evening.
A bit of Terra Invicta on the PC as well I think.
I can’t get pragmata yet too much on the go it deserves some attention
Problems with the broadband means I've been playing Graveyard Keeper. Mindless tasks, mildly amusing, until I can get back to constantly online Skull and Bones. Hopefully Sunday, normal service will resume.
@Markatron84 I just finished South of Midnight and loved it as well.
Roguecraft DX on Evercade, Doom w mods on Retroid, and Absolum on Switch.

My Resident Evil adventures continue! I'll be romping through Resident Evil 2 Remake this weekend. Finished RE1R and RE Zero during the week, RE Zero gets an unfair amount of flack, it takes a bit of getting used to but ultimately I found it really fun.
I need to source myself a copy of RE3R on disc for next weekend.
I really wanted to get Pragmata day one, but I've set myself down this RE marathon, whether or not I cave and get Pragmata over the next few days is up in the air.
@DrVenture69 Oh brilliant, it cuts down on a lot of travel. I didn't find the ladder until maybe a week into the game, I was kicking myself because I'd been walking all the way back and forth to sell all of that people meat. Now it's the first thing I use each playthrough. I'd love to see a cheesy movie based on the game, it would be very Evil Dead and if you ever heard of an Italian movie called Dellamorte Dellamore? in English 'Cemetery Man', very that. It's a horror/comedy starring Rupert Everett, when people get buried in his graveyard they come back as zombies and he has to deal with them, Italian horror is some of the best and Cemetery Man is no exception.
I didn't do any gaming yet this weekend but might later so that technically would count as the weekend @Tjuz recommended Vampire Survivors as something casual but with a lot of loot/reward, I'm going to try it in a while and see how it goes.
@GirlVersusGame I hadn't heard about Dellamorte Dellamore but it's on archive.org, so I'll give it a go. I watched a Chinese film called Mr Vampire a couple of weeks ago (first time in almost 30 years!) that's a really fun horror/comedy too.
I think you might like Vampire Survivors, I put 137 hours into it and I want to go back. There' something like 244 trophies if you're a trophy hunter too There's tonnes to unlock!
@DrVenture69 If you didn't know Dellamorte Dellamore then maybe you don't know El Día de la Bestia in English Day of The Beast. It's one the best Spanish horror/comedies you'll ever see and nineties too. I'm not sure how to sum it up so I used the internet 'Bent on committing as many sins as possible to avert the birth of the beast, a Catholic priest teams up with a Black Metal aficionado and an Italian connoisseur of the occult. Now, he must become an unrelenting sinner. Is there still hope?'. I've seen My Vampire and a lot of Asian cinema in general, the knock-offs especially. I really like bad movies it's just there's Bollywood Robocop dancing in a cardboard suit on a beach. One of the more unique ones from memory.
I've started and apparently got lucky, a friend seems to think so. It's a little strange playing a game where you press no buttons and I was for a couple of minutes until I realized you just walk and sort of duck and dodge while automatically attacking. Of course I died but I still have the gold. It was that big man with those long green arms, I see why people like it. I liked Dead Cells, this seems more relaxing.
@Zuljaras I'm really pleased to see that your physical copy of the Switch's Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus has arrived from Limited Run Games in your photograph above.
It's also nice to hear you mention that the game is fully included on the Switch cartridge, too.
I'm also looking forward to receiving my physical version of MachineGames' 'Impossible Port' for my Switch.
However, I often combine my game purchases to save on shipping to the UK, so my order from Limited Run won't be sent out until later in the year, once the production status of Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return on PS5 is ready.
Have fun playing a portable version of Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus this weekend, mate.
Marathon, Crimson, Pure Pool and BF6 after all the updates it feels better.
@JamieO It is awesome indeed!
Also on 24th LRG will put up for pre-order Bloodstained Ritual of the Night without the additional DRM!
