Hitman 2 may not have set cash registers on fire, but Danish developer IO Interactive is expanding to Sweden with a new studio. Based in Malmö – the birthplace of LA Galaxy striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic – the fresh team will “strengthen IO Interactive’s commitment to deliver exceptional content to the Hitman franchise, community, and all our fans”.
CEO Hakan Abrak added: “Furthermore, this will expand our muscles for creating brand-new and exciting endeavours, new universes, new franchises. In other words, IOI Malmö and Copenhagen are one family.” Good news, then!

Oh, thank goodness for that; based on the banner picture, I suddenly panicked that IO Interactive were dropping Hitman and making football games.
Don't scare me like that, PushSquare!!
Gutted, just for a minute I thought we were having another football game on the market to take on FIFA. Oh well. I'll stick with PES then.
must be from the crazy price they want for the HD collection! cannot believe they priced it that high no way I will pay that for 2 remasters paid less for 3!
@RogerRoger actually a new football franchise, made by a competent company, to compete with FIFA wouldn't be too bad lmao

Malmo is a town with some issues. It’s struggling with religious extremism with increased reports of anti-Semitism and even acts of terrorism
Clearly it still functions as a city, though, so hopefully is a place they can gather good talent from and attract talent to. I wish them well.
This has nothing to do with anything other than that guy’s amazeballs
@Frigate One doesn't need to be a Nazi to recognise a picture of Hitler.
Or, in other words, I can't stand football.
@RogerRoger A football game developed by IO could be incredible though. Imagine being able to fibre wire the ref because you're unhappy with a penalty decision
@Gremio108 "...and it's Number 47 with the throw-in... oh my word, he's thrown the ball right at the referee's face! We haven't seen this kind of behaviour from a player since Zidane. Surely that'll be a yellow card when he regains consciousness. Hold on... now Number 47 is taking the referee's clothes?! This has got to be the most bizarre match I've ever given commentary to. Here come security, they think it's all over... back to the studio."
