Publisher Dotemu has revealed more details about the upcoming second DLC pack for its superhero beat-'em-up, Marvel Cosmic Invasion.

The add-on, titled The Siege of Castle Doom, is scheduled for launch on 10th November 2026, and you can see some gameplay featuring the DLC's two new characters in the trailer below:

Yes, as you'd expect, Doctor Doom himself will be a playable fighter, as will Invisible Woman of the Fantastic Four.

This pair can team up with the rest of the roster, of course, and the DLC will add a new game mode for good measure — although that's still being kept under wraps for now. We should hopefully learn more about that in the coming weeks.

If I were to guess, I think this mysterious mode could be a boss rush or survival mode of some kind. Alternatively, I think a simple roguelike mode would be a nice way to add a bunch of replayability.

Whatever the case, the DLC adds two great new characters to the fight.
