
Updates surrounding the Grand Theft Auto series are one of the very few examples of video game news that can break into the mainstream, and last week's six-month delay to GTA 6 was no different.
It was so impactful, in fact, that one Polish MP felt it was noteworthy enough to bring up in parliament.
On the day of the major delay, Witold Tumanowicz of the Confederation party took to the Sejm podium and said: "As part of my parliamentary statement, I wanted to inform you about a very disturbing matter. An hour ago, Rockstar Games announced that the release of GTA VI will be delayed until next year. This is a huge scandal."
He then joked: "Honestly, if people don't take to the streets after something like this, I don't know what will happen." You can view his statement in the video below:
