Publisher Deep Silver and developer Myrkur Games have unveiled Echoes of the End, an action adventure title heading to PS5 this summer.
The announcement trailer above has garnered a good amount of positive buzz, thanks to a solid amount of gameplay that looks like a lot of fun.
You play as Ryn, out on a quest to save her brother, and will do so using a combination of melee combat prowess and magical abilities.
The fighting itself looks really solid — it looks like you'll be able to mix in magical powers with your sword swings. It just has a sort of refreshingly old school feel to it.

We're not so sold on the game's fantasy setting just yet, but the game looks good and seems pretty polished up. We sort of get God of War vibes from it, with the companion character and mix of combat and puzzles.
Again, it's not far off at all, scheduled to release in the summer of this year, so it won't be long before we can find out if it plays as good as it looks.

This looks great! AA is really stepping up lately to produce games very close to what we would normally consider AAA territory.
It looks like a template for a standard third person fantasy action-adventure in 2025. I think that's gonna be a tough sell these days.
I didnt think much of its trailer didnt grab me at all the expanse game before it looed better but no news on this site for that game
This looks pretty cool. You can obviously see where the game gets its inspiration from. I’ll be keeping an eye out for this one.
God of War if you order from Temu, but God of War is so brilliant that even Temu GoW could be good
These types of games are in broad abundance this gen. This is why PS5 is my favorite PS console. This being my favorite setting for game gives me so much to choose from.
Looks decent. Terrible name!
@AhmadSumadi my thoughts exactly. I simply can't get enough of them!
@naruball for sure! The only thing that sucks is there’s no way I can play them all.
We got girl of war! Looks pretty dope
