WWE 2K23 Road Map Teases Additional 24 Wrestlers Storming the Ring

I look forward to playing with wrestlers who aren't with the company any longer by the time the game comes out!

As long as the dlc is not over a few bucks, and that their moves are already in the game....I don't mind.

Only heard of about 2 of em. I’m old school, Ultimate Warrior, Jake the Snake, Honky Tonk Man, Shaun Michaels. My 9 year old twin boys watch WWE so they’ll know who they are.

@sjbsixpack my era of WWF too. The rockers, Legion of doom, Big boss man, Texas tornado, British Bulldog...... classic wrestling. Even my pet snake is called Jake after Jake the snake 😂😂

Of course they’re putting Bray behind a paywall and we have to wait until July 😒

@Kidfunkadelic83 the rockers oh I was so heart broken when Shaun kicked Marty , ok I was a lot younger then and thought it was all real but still that effected me badly ,I was gutted

I want another acradey style wwe game with the 80s and 90s rosters. But better movesets and controls than the last arcade like game.

I hope this roster isn't horribly outdated like the last game. It seems that a large portion of the roster had gone to AEW or other places in it's time.

Holding Bray back is an obvious attempt to try to get everybody to buy the DLC even if they would claim it was because they couldn't get him in the game in time. That would be the same excuse as to why a lot of the other ones that came back aren't in the game even though they were in last year's game. The fact that him and the OC are in the game via DLC but not Tegan, Candice, and so on is complete BS.

I'll do what I did with 2K22 and wait until Black Friday to get it really cheap (along with the DLC), but it is still sad that I will have to resort to downloading fan made versions of them and then hope my game doesn't crash during MyGM mode because they refuse to ever fix a glitch in the series (games in the series can crash while using custom wrestlers) to use wrestlers that have been back for so many months there's no reason they aren't in the game in some form.

I did buy last year's game (2K22) but, I was waiting on the DLC packs before making a final decision on 2K23 as the game for the most part looks basically the same anyway,

but as a fan of the WWF/WCW days of wrestling these packs "IMO" are some of the worst picks I've seen for some time so sadly a very easy pass for me this year I honestly have never heard of the majority of the wrestlers in the DLC packs,

truth is many of my favourite wrestlers (Mr Perfect, Rick Rude etc.) have not been in since 2K19, very disappointing.

Don't really care for the packs, but very interested in how War Games plays out.

I now won’t buy this. 3 years ago they were KILLING the ‘legends’ side of these games. Now they’ve dropped the ball on that and this year is even worse than last for people who want the old skoolers included for nostalgia. Sad times

Yeah, I'm fine with the modern roster having this series, but I'd kill for a companion WWE Legends game with the same engine and graphics. Maybe they could alternate years or something.
