Maglam Lord is an action RPG where you play as the last demon lord — male or female — on a quest to restore your all-conquering power. You'll destroy enemies, craft legendary weapons, and forge (potentially steamy) relationships with your subordinates. Sounds like an engaging gameplay mix to us.
The title's set to release for PlayStation 4 on the 4th February, 2022. If you're interested, you can easily track down some gameplay on YouTube, since Maglam Lord hit Japan back in March.

Knowing Sony it will probably be censored in the west.
I prefer the technically better version. Light censorship doesn't bother me.
@Shadcai when will Sony learn? If a game doesn't have nudity it's garbage.
Depending on censoring il get this on the switch, also this best not be a full priced game as it certainly doesn't look it

Hate to break it to you, but as it’s on PlayStation it’ll likely be censored from development, meaning all regions and possibly platforms..
This looks right up my alley. There’s quietly been a bumper crop of niche Japanese games lately with the Neptune/Senran Kagura release and a handful of decent RPGs and shootem ups.
The only annoying thing is that regardless of the site, every article detailing them is littered with the same regurgitated comments about censorship. At this point it’s hard to tell if they’re written by bots or actual humans.
All I'm saying is why censor certain games when games like cyberpunk and Conan exiles has full nudity and extreme violence
