Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Warzone are bolstering their gun magazines on 12th August 2021 as the launch of Season Five deploys new content to both of the online multiplayer behemoths. Activision stopped short of detailing what that actually looks like, but expect new maps for Black Ops Cold War, another Battle Pass that includes both titles, and a new Operator and weapons to freshen up loadouts. The trailer above sets the scene. "Nothing stands in the way of Stitch launching the final stages of his plan," the accompanying description reads.
It's also worth remembering Activision is currently being sued for sexual harassment claims within the workplace, most notably at Blizzard. President J. Allen Brack stepped down from his position today "to pursue new opportunities". Jen Oneal and Mike Ybarra replace him as co-leaders.

Glad Activision is under pressure to reform now. Hope they can make some positive change. I’m really sour with them after my account got hacked and personal information was taken by the hacker and Activision banned me from Modern Warfare, Warzone, and Cold War. They then had the audacity to blame me for my account being hacked. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had from a company in trying to resolve that issue. Glad I caught the issue early on. Now, seeing all the other issues with the company, I sincerely hope new leadership can turn the company around.
I’m not sure that dude should be allowed to pursue new opportunities.
@nessisonett to be honest, we’re not sure of any of the behind the scenes details. Lets stick to just talkin about the games. I do think warzone needs a completely new map with a native ps5 version soon.
