Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania Rolls to PS5, PS4 on 3rd October

After months of leaks, Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania has finally been unpeeled for PlayStation 5 and PS4, revealing that it’s a remaster compilation featuring Super Monkey Ball, Super Monkey Ball 2, and Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. So, in other words, it’s exactly what fans of the franchise have been stamping their feet for. It’s due out on 3rd October.

The game will cost $39.99 and, if you pick up the physical Anniversary Edition, you’ll get an art book, reversible cover, collectible sleeve, and 10 cosmetic items. Alternatively, a more expensive $49.99 Digital Deluxe option will be available, featuring classic character skins, legendary console skins, customisable in-game items, and a throwback soundtrack.

Beautiful. I hope there are online leaderboards for monkey target. I smashed the highscore in the Nintendo magazine but didn't have a polaroid camera to send it off.

Ohh man, the blood, sweat and tears shed from this back on the GC; not to mention the couch multiplayer. I really hope local 4-player remains, and maybe even six axis control too?!!
