What do we need to do to get on EA's list as a Battlefield 2042 game tester? Seriously, we've got holiday time to take and the latest multiplayer shooter from DICE could fill it nicely. The FPS debuted some online action during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase, sharing what the game will look like once you team up with friends come October.
We caught glimpses of a grappling hook, the ability to customise your weapon attachments on the fly, and how the weather will affect the map. Haven't played a BF game in a long time but since it's finally a modern setting again I'll keep an eye on it

Doesn't seem to show any destruction. And the changing gun setting on the fly means having a gun set up is pretty much redundant. Looks good in a Call Of Duty way. But it shouldn't. It's not.
The Battlefield 5 trailers wowed me more
I really don't get it. I'll admit I barely play Battlefield, but it just looks like so much more of the same to me.
I am all in on this one.
As someone noted above, doesn't show much of destruction, but I hope it is at least BF4 level one.

OOOohh I can't ***** wait for this. I wanted to get into battlefield so badly but just couldn't cause the World War theme has been done to death already but this looks soooo promising. Really hope there's gonna be building destruction.

That grapple hook is gonna be so useful and I like that weapon attachment mid game feature although not sure how useful it'll honestly be since you can already change attachments before you redeploy since bf4.
The weather is going to be a clusterf-- as well.

These trailers always look good but come release it's the same old live service crock of **** served up by the same team that was responsible for V. I think we can all do better than continuing to go off of these highly polished teasers before the inevitable disappointment on day 1.

Ok I think I am the only one thinking this looks a bit wrong in some parts. Does look pretty interesting but MP only the repetition will sink in fast
Trailer brings back good ol memories when I was playing BF4 it’s giving off that vibe and beyond. Really hyped for BF 2042!
Was disappointed with the original reveal, but this looked outstanding. Honestly, went into the Xbox E3 presentation expecting Halo to sell me on the Series, but instead I felt underwhelmed by that and am contemplating pre-ordering 2042 on PS5 now with no desire to get a Series this year or even next year, really.
I think I am the only Battlefield veteran......... That's not hyped about this game 😕😕😕😕
Larger maps with increased player counts?......... More campers not playing the objective sitting on buildings/mountains aimlessly sniping
No single player campaign means no buy for me.
May take a look dose look great will wait for a sale not paying 70 pounds
