If we had a penny the number of times we've seen requests for a game about two kiwi birds running a postal service, we would have zero pennies, because that's ludicrous. Nevertheless, here it is: KeyWe is a real video game, and it's coming to PlayStation 5 and PS4 later this year.
It's an online or local co-op title that puts you and a partner in the role of two pint-sized kiwis. Named Jeff and Debra, the flightless fluff balls are responsible for a remote mailroom for reasons that shall remain a mystery. In practice, it means you and your buddy will be working together to deliver letters and parcels in a timely manner.
You'll be hopping about an office in order to punch in letters, grab labels, ring bells, and more besides. Also, it looks like you'll be joined by other creatures, like a mail-sorting octopus and delivery emus. In the above trailer, it looks like it could get a little confusing, but maybe the process will make more sense with a controller in hand.
The game is scheduled in for Summer 2021, so there's a little while before we can check it out ourselves. What do you make of KeyWe? Don't get in a flap in the comments section below.

I've been a postman in a post apocalyptic world , a dung beetle postman on an island and now I can be kiwi's running a post office! Will keep an eye on it!
Is this what goes on behind the scenes at the post offices of New Zealand?
I hope this turns out well. Looks like fun and could be something new to play with family besides Overcooked.
So Flytatouille
The subheader made me chuckle quite a lot if I'm being honest 😂
They don't make the iconic "kiwi" sound effect from games like Jumping Flash 0/10 LITERALLY unplayable.
Seriously though, it looks like a charming co-op game.
Sweet as. Chur bro.
Nice an Australia Post simulator!
And they say videogames aren’t art... Good luck making a movie like this, Roger Ebert...
