Terminator: Resistance Enhanced PS5

Arnold Schwarzenegger fans will have to wait another month to get their hands on Terminator: Resistance Enhanced as the PlayStation 5 remaster has been delayed by publisher Reef Entertainment to 30th April 2021. The reason for the push back has not been disclosed, so we'll have to assume it's for further polishing or to fix an issue encountered very late in the development process. Either way, the game's release is made to wait a couple more weeks.

When it does hit at the end of April, Terminator: Resistance Enhanced will include the new Infiltrator Mode that puts you in the robotic shoes of the famous T-800 unit as well as loads of visual upgrades. An upscaled 4K resolution is coupled with 60 frames-per-second and "higher resolution textures, higher polygon counts, tessellation, improved lighting and dynamic shadows, improved post-processing (antialiasing, bloom, and more), and more detailed particle effects." The PS5 DualSense controller also gets in on the action with adaptive trigger support and colour shifting within the pad's light bar. Finally, an all-new expansion will be released for the game this summer.
