Remember Roller Champions? Announced back at E3 2019, the free-to-play sports title has been in and out of playtests on PC in the meantime. However, it is coming to PlayStation 4, and Ubisoft has arrived to reaffirm as much with this latest news.
A closed beta test for select European countries is taking place next month, and that includes PS4. Starting on 17th February and ending on 1st March, participants will be able to sample the game's rollerblade/basketball gameplay, with crossplay enabled across platforms.
The closed beta is set to feature regular friendly matches as well as ranked mode, plus custom matches and time-limited modes such as 2v2. It will also introduce the Skatepark, a persistent online hub where you can meet up with teammates and practice your moves.
Sign-ups are open now through here. Will you be getting your skates on for the Roller Champions closed beta? Tell us in the comments section below.
