Yakuza 0 PS4

If you're reading this and the Yakuza franchise has always piqued your interest but you've never given it a proper chance, you've got roughly 10 hours to take advantage of an outstanding set of deals. Through until midnight tonight, every single mainline entry in the series has been so heavily discounted that a single 30+ hour adventure with Kazuma Kiryu could replace the McDonalds meal you pick up after work tonight. That excludes latest entry Yakuza: Like a Dragon, but given how many hours of playtime you'd be buying here, that title will most certainly go on sale again before you're done with the previous seven games.

So, what are we actually looking at here? You'll want to start with Yakuza 0, the perfect entry point to the franchise. That has just been cut in price to only £3.99/$4.99, which is the cheapest price the game has ever sold for on the PlayStation Store. Next up is Yakuza: Kiwami, a full remake of the PlayStation 2 original. That's just £4.79/$5.99, but then you may already own a digital copy via PS Plus. Then there's Yakuza: Kiwami 2 at £9.59/$12.99 — another great mainline entry. But here's where you get the real bang for your buck, the Yakuza Remastered Collection is now on sale for £24.99/$29.99. That contains Yakuza 3 Remastered, Yakuza 4 Remastered, and Yakuza 5 Remastered. You can then top your spending off with Yakuza 6: The Song of Life at £9.59/$7.99.

That means you can get every numbered entry bar Like a Dragon for less than £55/$62 — the equivalent of a full-priced game! The caveat here is that you need to be quick on your toes to make use of some of these deals. The PS Store January sale ends at midnight tonight, and that's what houses the discounts for Yakuza: Kiwami, Kiwami 2, and 6: The Song of Life. We have roughly 10 more hours where the two lots of deals overlap so you can take full advantage. If you've ever wanted to check the series out, now is the time to do it.
