Hitman 3 Is on Top of the World in New Gameplay Footage

I can’t wait to play all these levels in VR. The first two parts were amazing, I’m sure this will be great too.

Now if only Sony would send me my PSVR camera adaptor for the PS5.

Over 60 days and still waiting, had “customer services” pass it to the “relevant team” 4 times and each time, radio silence.

Cant wait for this. This one of the few games im most excited for for the first half of this year. And im just glad its not broken up by episodes like the last two games. It kinda ruined the pace for me.

Awesome, looking forward to this. As long as it runs fine on a PS4, I'll probably pick it up soon after launch.

I have 100+ hours on the first two games, they're a lot of fun. Looking forward to this one !

@Gaming365247 Hitman 2 was a full game. Only the first one was in episodes.

Why they haven’t just made them available for purchase is crazy.

I own two PSVR’s and apparently you can only order one per household. I know I can get around it by ordered it to a different address but it’s still stupid. If I’ve bought 20 PSVR’s, I should be able to request 20 adaptors, regardless of address.

However, at the moment, it seems like a huge issue to get one. Haha.

@SoulChimera just remember the ps4 version only works for vr on hitman 3. Shame I wish the ps5 version worked, I want the ps5 version but then I want to play vr I really don't want to be spending on two games so I guess I'll forfeit to the ps4 version.

im hopeful it will be good, everything just looks a bit 'brand new' and characters lifeless, i was hoping the PS5 was going to bring a bit more 'life' to games with all that power!

I believe you can load in the levels from Hitman 1 and 2 in 3 so I am going to play all games in Hitman 3.

@Hyperluminal There is no RTX reflections. Apparently they're implementing it sometime in 2021

@hoffa007 Just buy the PS5 version and download the PS4 version too. I’ll be installing both versions. PS5 version for standard, PS4 version for VR.

Basically you get both versions for the price of one. Upgrade or downgrade for free.

I’ll have to play via backwards compatibility because due to the size of the PS5 (haha), I had to remove the PS4, so I’ll need the adaptor if I want to use the PSVR again.

@Hyperluminal combination of baked and screenspace. It works well for scenes like that, but it's a pain to get the lighting right for anything more complex

I find it both disappointing and concerning that no VR footage has been shown .

Vr is what will make me buy this on ps depending on how that part reviews. Played 2016 on 4 pro, bought 2 on x1x, was going to keep 3 there on xsx, too, but i can't pass up this game in vr.. ..

@Jaz007 @SoulChimera Tell me about it! I have the same problem, two psvrs, only one to the address, which is absurd, and i don't have another to send it to. I haven't even bothered with the first yet, I keep hoping they'll announce they're selling them. It's rediculous that the only way to get them is the limit one free one, or buying a whole new psvr kit that apparently includes one.

The handling of psvr with ps5 is maddening. If there was psvr2 to wait for it'd be ok, I'd just wait for the better kit anyway, but the whole "i believe someday someone will make vr an important part" speech more or less confirmed they're abandoning vr until someone else makes it mainstream.... So this is what we're stuck with. I might just end up setting up my 4pro as a dedicated vr rig and skipping the adapter mess.

@SoulChimera do you know what you are right I hadn't even thought of the fact you'll get both versions when buying one of them for some reason I thought they weren't in a bundle had to buy separate so that's good news.

Should be OK to play the ps5 version though in theory unless you have many games installed thats fair enough, looking forward to playing hitman 3 will be awesome.

I meant, I had to pack the PS4 up, as the PS5 and Xbox Series X are so big, I didn’t have the physical space for them under my TV.

So until I get my camera adaptor, I can’t play PSVR.

I’ll definitely install both the PS4 and PS5 versions of Hitman 3 on my PS5. Can’t wait to play both versions.

I have hardly used my vr since I got my adapter personally only used the vr to try out the games on ps5 so will deffo use it for hitman.

You'll have to sort out your adapter ready for hitman.

Kinda tempted to get psvr for this, but I'd want to know that psvr2 definitely isn't coming out in the next 12 months because I don't want to buy in twice.
