Here's something we weren't expecting to write about today. Terminator: Resistance, a not-terrible-but-also-not-very-good first person shooter, is heading to PlayStation 5.

In a series of tweets, publisher Reef Entertainment announces Terminator: Resistance Enhanced, a souped-up version of the game for Sony's new console:

Improvements include balance patches and updates, a new Infiltrator mode, 4K resolution and 60 frames-per-second performance, faster loading, and use of DualSense's special features. Sounds like a fairly decent upgrade ā€” and those who own the game on PS4 can claim the PS5 version for free.

In our review, we praised a "surprisingly interesting plot" and efforts to flesh out characters, but lamented poor performance and lacklustre graphics. Perhaps this PS5 update will be just what the doctor ordered. It's scheduled for release on 26th March 2021. Are you interested in Terminator: Resistance Enhanced on PS5?
