Here's a little thing we've noticed during the PlayStation 5 review process: we currently can't view Trophy lists from games that were started on the new console from a PlayStation 4 system. When you go to compare Trophies, those new titles appear blank without any information on what the PS5 user has done. We thought this morning's new PS4 firmware update would rectify the issue, but it hasn't done so.

The image above explains the problem. Push Square editor Sammy Barker has played the likes of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Demon's Souls, and Sackboy: A Big Adventure through native PS5 versions. What's more, he also checked out Slide Stars (a PlayStation 4 game via backwards compatibility) and that too doesn't properly show up. As such, it looks like any game you start on PS5 won't have its Trophy lists appear on PS4 consoles for comparison purposes as of right now. In fact, the game icons themselves don't even show up on profiles. We have confirmed that all privacy settings are set to open and also tested the feature across different profiles.
