Publisher 2K will be very happy to see Mafia has launched in the UK's physical top 10 twice. If you're wondering how, don't worry — there's no underhanded criminal work going on, there are just two different ways to buy Mafia. Debuting in third place is Mafia: Definitive Edition, the remake of the very first entry in the series. Then there's Mafia Trilogy, which bundles together all three games, making it to sixth place.
Aside from that, the top 10 is about what you'd expect. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 bails from fourth to eighth, while Marvel's Avengers holds onto second. Minecraft: Dungeons jumps up one spot into seventh, and Grand Theft Auto V is still clinging on at number 10.
The next UK chart should see some shakeups; this week sees the release of Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time and Star Wars: Squadrons, which will both surely sell like hot cakes.
Here's the latest top 10 in full.
UK Sales Charts: Week Ending 26th September 2020

Mafia Trilogy is a surprisingly nice collectors edition with all three discs.
Well would you look at that!
Mafia 4 please.
GTA still hanging on in there, crazy, think it might go on to be highest ever selling game, especially when it releases on next gen. Glad to see mafia made the top 10 will be picking it up in a few weeks.
Nintendo could fart into a Switch game case & it'd top the charts.
@Ichiban They did, it's called Super Mario 3D All-Stars
@Ichiban SquareEnix could fart into a PS4 game case and it'd top the charts too.
Oh wait, that was Avengers
@Matej the Avengers/Marvel franchise is very popular so it makes sense the games are.
The vast majority of gamers just see a game they like and buy it without knowing all the drama online.
I think outrage mobs have proven they make little impact on the sales of games.
@Quintumply
Still getting the feeling that when it comes to legacy content, Nintendo could still teach the PlayStation Classic a thing or two.
In case Sony tries to do the same with PS2, we'll see what they'll come up with. Crossing my fingers for a PS2 Classic that has Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank games, given my only forays with either series was the PSP. Either Kingdom Hearts game would make a classic console a no-brainer.
I wouldn't dream of modding my SNES Classic Mini, like, at all. Ever. My PS1 Classic, on the other hand... already has been.
Did they patch Mafia 2?
@SuperSaeko Considering all the comments celebrating its demise after it failed to beat Spider-man on ps4, it most certainly is
@Kienda not true at all. Spider-man was always popular, but Spiderman games didn't sell anywhere near as much as Insomniac's did.
Brand alone is not enough.
@Haruki_NLI not even close.
@Daleaf
I doubt it going to outsell Tetris. Hitting 500 million. And GTA V is around 120? Right
@Ridwaano wow is Tetris 500mill. Ok I will retract my previous statement lol, I had a quick look on some website and it had GTA on 130 mill and Minecraft in 1st place at 200mill, just had a quick look back now and it had Tetris at 100miil but It did have Tetris (EA) so maybe that's not Tetris lifetime sales I dunno. So I'm going to guess GTA will pass Minecraft eventually, will probably be wrong on that too haha.
Wonder if next week we'll see GTA V fall out of the Top 10.
It'll probably be for a week but it'd be nice to see lol.
What's Miencraft?
@Quintumply As opposed to Sony, who refuse to acknowledge their back catalogue at all....
@Prime_Objective it did get patched, I remember a trophy I was after like kill 50 enemies that I did within 3 or so chapters but no trophy came up? Then they patched it and got 1 kill n it popped up! It was only one I needed for platinum 👍
@roe I want an 80s era story this time.
@David187 I think the rumor was they were going with a 70s Las Vegas setting, a la Casino (the movie), but that was some time ago so they may as well have scrapped it.
@Stevenfins that sounds great as well
Am I the only one, who don't own GTA V?
I don't understand, but does GTA V works in way "how many copies you own, the stronger you are"? or how to explain it is still on top ten?
