We haven't seen Little Nightmares II ever since it was announced at last year's inaugural Gamescom Opening Night Live, and so it only makes sense for host Geoff Keighley to be the one to bring it back with this year's iteration. The live showcase will play host to the gameplay debut of the indie title.
There are quite literally no other details for us to share, so you'll just have to tune in on Thursday to learn more about Little Nightmares II. Maybe we'll get a release date alongside the gameplay slice as well as confirmation of a PlayStation 5 version? That would be nice. The game joins Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, Fall Guys, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Mafia: Definitive Edition, Destiny 2: Beyond Light, and DOOM Eternal on the list of confirmed attendees.
Did you enjoy Little Nightmares enough to muster up some excitement for a sequel? Daydream in the comments below.

Yeah I'm excited for this. The first one wasn't perfect but it was solid enough and had a few standout moments that still make it memorable now.
Go Tarsier, have a couple of friends there, always thought they did a great job on Sony's franchise games like LBP and Tearaway, I feel like they best retained the Media Molecule magic.

This is unironically one of my most anticipated titles. I adored the first one and if this sequel is more of the same I'm all about it
Love the first game, it reminds me of the many indie claymation short films I've seen online. I'm very much looking forward to this.
The first game was OK. I liked the game atmosphere and overall art-style, so I'm interested to check this out.
Yay a reason to watch gamescom!
Definitely looking forward to it. There aren't near enough games like this. Just need some news from Playdead now.
The first one had the best stall at EGX 2016 hands down. Best physical marketing I've ever seen.
I like the first game and bought it day one, annoyed that the dlc never discounted while the complete version is discounted and cheaper than the dlc.
This is great to hear, one of the PS4 games I'm still looking forward to playing.
