Bugsnax was one of the most memorable announcements made during PlayStation 5's reveal event. This is partly down to it looking like a wonderfully mad and very different experience, but mainly because of that unbelievably catchy theme song. Even now, the music flashes back into our minds, and it stays there for some time.
The song was created for the game by Kero Kero Bonito, and so far, we've only heard one verse of the full thing. If, like us, you're eager to hear the full length theme tune, Geoff Keighley is about to deliver the goods. As part of Summer Game Fest Developer Showcase, the band will be performing the entire Bugsnax song in a live performance.
Of course, the broadcast will also play host to a whole bunch of games and other musical interludes, but let's be real: we'll be watching for the Bugsnax beats. The show takes place on Monday 20th July at 8am PDT / 11am EDT / 4pm BST.
Will you be tuning in to hear that devilishly catchy song? Talk 'bout Bugsnax in the comments section below.

Brilliant, KKB are amazing live. Still waiting on that next album!!
This was by far the most underwhelming game announced at Sonys event. Its probably the one I 100% will probably pass on.
Can't wait for more Bugsnax. Hope they find a cool crossover shirt like they did with Breaking Bad and Octodad. I love my OctoHeisenberg shirt and would totally get a Bugsnax themed shirt.
I’m really feeling it
If this was an Xbox Series X game you'd all be saying it looks kiddy and isn't next gen material. I think it looks crap.
Aaaaaaand what little we HAVE heard of the theme is now stuck in my head for the rest of the morning.
Thanks, Stephen. Thanks a bunch. 😝
Count me in. I still half expect this game to take an unsettling Too Many Cooks style turn partway through, can't wait to see how this turns out.
