Marvel's Iron Man VR is soaring onto PlayStation VR very soon indeed, and developer Camouflaj is still revealing snippets of info. Its latest video on the upcoming virtual reality title is entitled 'Tinkering as Tony', and delves into what you'll get up to between world-saving missions.
Players will be able to visit Tony Stark's base in Malibu during downtime, and it's a free space you can explore at your leisure. Most importantly, though, is the ability to customise the Iron Man suit to your liking. As you can see in the video, this starts with cosmetics -- you'll unlock new suits through progression and can make custom decos -- but you'll also be able to change the suit's repulsors, craft additional weapons, and otherwise modify your abilities. It sounds pretty robust.
Again, the game is only 10 days away, so it won't be long before you can create your very own suit. Are you excited to don the helmet in Iron Man VR? Fly into the comments section below.

This is looking pretty good! Can’t wait to play it fully, I loved the demo.
I really wish it wasn't VR because this game looks great!
@Constable_What being vr is what makes it so great. Like it’s unimaginably great if you haven’t played anything in VR.
@MarcG420 I have a PSVR. It really burns my eyes, and most of the games give me a bit of a headache. It's not worth it. I also have to wear glasses to see, so the headset kinda hurts my face and nose, it takes me out of it (I can't take them off either, because of the simulated depth of VR, I can only see a foot in front me without glasses).
I've played Rigs, Farpoint, Skyrim, Arizona Sunshine, and that compilation disc that had the London Heist on it.
@Constable_What I don’t have any of the issues you have. Might have something to do with the glasses 🤷♂️. I’ve had some truly transformative experiences in vr, resident evil 7, beat saber and the iron-man demo have all been excellent to name a few. Wipeout is excellent too.
@MarcG420 It's just not for me. Definitely regret buying my headset. Didn't have any transformative experiences on VR either, just felt kind of gimmicky tbh.
I love my psvr and I’m really looking forward to this game it’s one of my highlights for this year , and this is a stellar year
If anyone’s looking for a recommend while they wait for this blood and truth is a game changer fantastic game
@Constable_What
I wear glasses and I feel no discomfort with it.
Psvr was actually the first headset design for it.
There are a lot of settings available to adjust the comfort. Try this link below. Hope it helps😉

@Chryssy75 I'm not you bud, and no it doesn't help. Thanks anyway.
@Constable_What Appreciate you sharing your experience. Even though it sounds so amazing I’ve never bought a PSVR simply because of recurring motion sickness with first-person games. I’m afraid I’ll buy it and then be unable to play. And man I want to play Resident Evil 7 on it, because that game is incredible... I really need to try VR somewhere...
@Ear_wiG If you have any kind of motion sickness issues I definitely recommend trying before buying. I only had dizziness problems when playing longer than two hours, but the headset is really claustrophobic too, so that might have contributed.
I don't know where you'd be able to try it out though. Especially now with Covid... You might be able to buy somewhere used, try, and then return it if it makes you sick.
Also if you do try Resident Evil 7, make sure the post processing effects are all turned off. When I first tried that game in VR the film grain and motion blur made me immediately sick.
@Constable_What Yeah I think buying used is my best option at this point. I'm hoping that down the road after they release PSVR2 I can snag the old one for pennies. And yeah, motion blue is the worst. I've learned what options to immediately alter/turn-off to minimize motion sickness, and thankfully it's very rare at this point. What I've noticed almost ALWAYS gets me is exploring dark rooms with flashlights in first person; something about those conditions just really gets me...
