Ghost of Tsushima PS5 Console Concept Is Sharper Than a Samurai Sword

It’s a cool look though, like it better than the all white by a long shot. Now... if there was only any confrontation that the game will have free enhancements while running on the PS5... Optimized TLOU2 and Ghost of Tsushima alone would make the launch of the console much more impressive than just Miles Morales and third party games.

I hope the PS5 comes in an all black version. I may wrap my own regardless. Perhaps a matte grey like the PS1

That is actually not japanese text. Although Japanese also use Chinese characters, the text used here was Actually written by Xiahou Xuan，An three kingdoms era writer and politician，around early to mid 3rd century AD. And the context of the article is to discuss a famous Chinese general and lord，Yue Yi, from around early to mid 3rd century BC in the Warring Period, 600 years earlier. To use this for a samurai game is like using the declaration of Independence for spartacus' resistance to the romans. Most people probably could care less about it since not many people know about the context of the text here, but it really is not appropriate to put the wrong content for wrong theme just for the sake of historical accuracy and nothing else.

Since this is late 13th century Japan, there are actually tons of more fit text to be put on there that were really about samurai era since the first shogunate just started a little short than 100 years ago from Ghost of Tsushima's time, and some of the most famous samurais were from just before the first shogunate. This concept art is all cool and things, and I will admit I don't have the appropriate skills to make such a concept image, but I just hope there could be text that actually talks about samurais on there instead of randomly picking Chinse/Japanese text and put it on there.

Love it. Already had my order in so can't wait to play this game also its the last game I buy for ps4 pro. Unless outriders makes it also. As i need a scifi fix that ain't destiny or anthem, also cyberpunk I will only buy for next gen. As I already have so many rpgs to play. But wow, that time has come already half a year To go guys ✌️

All these concepts change the colour of the LED can guarantee no matter what each limited edition looks like the LED will remain the exact same for every ps5.

I don't think they could make a more lame console concept than this literally all it has on it is an arrow and a leaf

@potter32 Take a closer look, it's more than just two arrows inside a circle with a leaf. On the panel is actually lots of Japanese characters that looks like it'll take a while to do.
