The huge Days of Play sale has been going strong at physical retail since the end of May, but it's today that it all kicks off on PlayStation Store. The digital discounts are about to hit both the European and North American PS Stores, and it looks like it'll be a doozy.
If you're looking for offers on PlayStation Plus or PS Now, both subscription services are getting a price cut. You'll be able to nab 30 per cent off a 12-month membership to either service.
As for the games, there appear to be hundreds of titles on offer. A portion of the games included are listed on the PlayStation Blog, and there's lots to like. Some of 2020's best and brightest are present, such as Dreams (£24.99), DOOM Eternal (£36.99), and MLB The Show 20 (£29.99). It of course doesn't end there; other highlights include Death Stranding at £24.99, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order for £29.99, Borderlands 3 for £24.99, and Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled for just £20.99.
The discounts are live now on the European PS Store, with the US to follow in due course. For now, you can see more over on the PS Blog. The digital Days of Play sale is due to run until the 17th June. See anything you like so far? Spend, spend, spend in the comments section below.

Hitman 2 Gold edition for me!
Hmm. I may pick up modern warfare 2 remastered - with the shopto psn credit discount it would cost 12.85.
I'm interested in metro exodus and vampyr, but unless im wrong, the smarter money would be to get playstation now while its on sale
Doesn't seem to load the page on the store atm
Does anyone know if ps now subs stack?
Finally! I'm picking up Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order, Dragon Ball FighterZ and The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan. Maybe Shadow of Tomb Raider too. Anybody played it? How does it compare to the previous 2 games?
@Rob_230 For my experiences, Metro isn't really that good on consoles. At least, for me. The controls are horrible. It was very inaccurate aiming wise. Plus Metro Exodus is on PS Now now. You can try it out there plus it has a bunch of other games to try out.
Just the price i was waiting for with Death Stranding. It's getting got!
@JAMes-BroWWWn I've played Shadow and it plays exactly the same as the first two. Very enjoyable with a daft story but well worth a play all the same. I'd go for the definitive edition with all DLC Tombs to enhance it. Well worth it at that price
@tjames84 same here m8 the games section not loading, can get the ps plus bit but not the games, hopefully will be ok by around 5pm so I can have a proper look at what's on offer, although still halfway through persona 5 hopefully that keeps me going untill last of us part 2
Days Gone is super cheap and well worth playing if you didn't already.
@Daleaf I'm still playing alot of. Games but love a sale
ShopTo currently have £15 PSN Wallet Top-up for £12.85 making some of these deals even better!
@tjames84 haha, yea I'm the same always buying stuff on sale, probably pick something up, if not probably top up the plus for another year lol
@Greenmekon yes they stack. 👍
@get2sammyb You guys working on a US specific article like the UK 1?
I completely forgot Concrete Genie was a thing. I'd buy it now but I'm redeeming my 1 year PS+ I bought 3 months ago - SWBF2 is the reason - and I'm guessing that's a PS+ game relatively soon.
Your site must be drawing in new people, besides you I only recognized 1 other name, maybe 2 if I squint.
@Dobbos thanks 👍
Snatched up Days Gone and Medievil remake, decent sale tbh
I really need to learn to wait for the sales especially with having a massive backlog. Some of theses games i bought at full price and i haven't even really played them yet. I'll learn someday.
Definitely getting Persona 5 Royal. Maybe RE3 as well.
Wow!... there are some amazing deals in there.
Death Standing for $23 in a no brainier. Outside of Disco Elysium it was the strangest gaming experience I could not stop playing 😂
Bang for the buck SONY gives us on PS4 is just insane.
@JAMes-BroWWWn - I'd have to disagree with @KingPev, I love the first 2 games but couldn't even bring myself to finish Shadow, there's hardly any combat and it's just a boring game to play through in general. You can absolutely tell that Crystal Dynamics didn't make this one.
Finally getting Death Stranding Days Gone is highway robbery at this price. Get it!
Edit: scratch that. I pre-ordered The Last of Us 2 instead and will be saving my money for Project Cars 3. Death Stranding will have to wait a bit more.
Was crash any good? Rdr2 never on sale man damn lol
@Greenmekon it stacks. You can go as far as you want, however with PS5 on horizon I hope they also renew the ps plus from the scratch. I think it is time it would become something similar to Humble Bundle Monthly sub
@thefirst - Just my opinion mate. I found it to be an absolute chore to play. Genuinely boring compared to the previous games. Lara being an obnoxious, self centered child didn't help matters much either.
Dark Souls 3 is just under 10 bucks.
@Rob_230 hey, that's what I do! 😂 Always use Shopto for their discount top up codes
Plague tale: Innocence for 13 quid and Ni No Kuni for 16 when they have never been below 30 on amazon.. I'm not missing that!
Just purchased Days Gone. Impressed so far!!!
I'm looking at Days Gone, Fallen Order and Outer Worlds. I've played all three, but didn't get far into the first, and would love to go back through the latter two. Not a bad sale over all.
@oldschool1987 the discounts are amazing arn't they. I dont know why you would get credit anywhere else. I just picked up a year of PS Now for 5 pounds less than anywhere else too (£29.85). For that price, even if i dont get on with it, i can't really complain
Just picked up ctr in the previous sale for about 7 quid extra, which is a bit of bad timing, but there's plenty here to intrigue me. Been holding out on some exclusives until the price dropped but maybe now is the time!
