Games are expensive, and something you're seeing more and more these days is heavy price cuts in the months after launch. Oftentimes it's better to wait and see if a game gets discounted in some sale. Case in point: Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has just had its (captain) price cut in some UK retailers.
Amazon UK has the Infinity Ward FPS for £37.99, down from £49.99. Meanwhile, the game can be found even cheaper over at Tesco; it's reduced the shooter to just £35.00.

If you've been holding off purchasing Modern Warfare, now seems like an opportune time to nab it. The deal seems to only be active for a few days; Tesco advertises the offer will end on 5th February. Will you be grabbing the latest Call of Duty with this deal? Make more Captain Price jokes in the comments below.

The campaign is brilliant and I’d recommend it based on that alone. I got it free with my Pro so couldn’t tell you if it’s worth full price seeing as I don’t play much multiplayer but the single player content is superb.
I definitely will not buy it for that price. Any game for 60$ full price should not have micro-tran Boycotting activitivsion.. Last time I bought a game from them was prototype 2
Nope. Only interested in the campaign, so will wait until I can get it for under £20... probably used off eBay, where I give Activision £0.
I played too max level with the seasonalpass but i dont like that they replace maps instead of adding because their not many maps. Shoot the Ship i loved that map and they removed it... 😩
