Those graphics are both incredibly good and somehow evoking deep nostalgia for the original. They’ve done a bang up job in recreating the locations and characters considering what they had to go off. I suppose Nomura could implement his original designs as he intended without being limited by hardware.
Looks awesome. Might have to squeeze out a run through Midgar on the original before this drops. Might be fun to do over Christmas.
sephiroth looks wierd in that one pose lol like he modelling.
where is that Tifa's Stars Art?
I'm probably the only one but to me these characters looks like cosplay gone horribly wrong!
@parvaz1
Is that before, during or after Sephiroth stabs a certain someone 👀👀
The Train Graveyard looks great. Give me this gaammmmeeee
This game continues to look nothing short of amazing. Beautifully realized.
Aerith is going to break hearts all over again
@kyleforrester87 My brother and I are racing each other in time for Remake's release. I need to go to the Temple of the Ancients and witness 'that' scene but my brother's only at Nibelheim, the filthy amateur
@nessisonett I was thinking the whole game but to be honest since we are just getting Midgar I figure why not just play that section?
It’s not like I can’t remember the game in its entirety anyway. Must have played it 15-20 times lol
Everything looks better than I could have possibly imagined it would.
If nothing else, on the level of pure visual design alone, this game is a total masterpiece. Easily the most beautiful game S-E has ever turned out.
@nessisonett i have played that game so much i could start it again tomorrow morning and finish it by thursday
in fact the last time i played it i did it over a single weekend (not counting side stuff of course)
you need to step up your game a bit
Wanna trade hair conditioner techniques with Sephiroth
@SuperSilverback Might be an unrelated scene. Not entirely sure, but I think I can see someone sitting in a sofa way across Sephiroth (in the back).
@ShaiHulud This comment cannot be downvoted enough.
Game continues to look absolutely beautiful; I only hope the quality and quantity of the content (especially the writing) matches how it all looks (after all, XIII and XV both look amazing, but they still suffered in other areas).
On another note, anyone know who the Demyx-looking guy is? I recognise the other three (Sephiroth, Heidigger, President Shinra) but the fourth guy doesn't look familiar at all.
Just looks stunning. Can. Not. Wait.
Anyone know if the Western release will have a Japanese language option? My only thing is I'm so used to the lack of dialogue I'd prefer not to hear English at least...
@FullMetalWesker a new character they have added. Think he's from Soldier and hunts Cloud and the gang. No name for him yet i think
@Feena according to Crises Core...
@Nickolaidas Yes, let's all just downvote people with different opinions to yours.
@ShaiHulud Sounds good to me!
@kyleforrester87 hahaha this is amazing thanks for sharing it!
Pre ordered it on Amazon I just can't wait to hopefully summon when the last final part comes Knight of Round summon and even Bahamut. With it being parts I hope the price of part 2 and maybe 3 drop a little bit just hope this had a lot of content
@SuperSilverback - Ah, that would explain it; yeah, I did notice the weapon he had looked like a SOLDIER one, but I didn't consider it might be a new character (though given they're expanding the narrative I probably should've).
