Hot on the heels of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne's latest update (11.50), the title's new event quest is now live on PlayStation 4. For those out of the loop, we'd recommend watching the trailer that we've embedded above -- it's pretty crazy.

Yep, it's time to take down a dodgy Vaal Hazak so that you can get your hands on layered Resident Evil armour sets. Both Claire and Leon skins are up for grabs, but it sounds like this particular Elder Dragon may cause you a few problems. The Capcom blog says you'll need to gather green and red herbs to combat the creature's spores. And yes, you can combine them to make a more potent item. Classic.

The Resident Evil event quest will hang around until the 5th December, so you've got almost a whole month to get the job done.
