You know, Netflix's take on The Witcher isn't looking too bad. The streaming service has revealed that the upcoming series will release on the 20th December, with eight episodes being made available right from the world go.
The above trailer's well worth a watch, by the way, and yes, it does feature a scene where Geralt's busy taking a bath. It's not quite The Witcher 3's opening, but it's close enough.
Think you'll be binging on this series once it launches in December? Give yourself a good scrub in the comments section below.

Giving the people want they want! (Shows look great I thought, Cavall looks to be doing a pretty good job of Geralt even if I still can’t get Doug Cockle voice out of my head!)
I think this looks Quality! Really looking forward to it
Honestly really liking the looks of this as I said on NLife. I think he’s nailed the voice despite being from over here and I’m liking his take on Geralt despite me not being a fan of him as an actor.
As a fan of the Witcher 3 I will defenately be watching the show. I think they could have gone for a grittier voice tho and I hope it's not censored to help and there is slicing and dicing galore along with a few rolling heads. Any news on an age rating?
it actually looks pretty good, might give it a go
Can't wait for this.
Just texted my wife the hot tub pic, she replied back with "Jesus, I almost dropped my phone."
"Hmm, medallion's humming."
Willing to give this a shot.
Looks great! Will be looking forward to this.
You know what?
This actually looks pretty good. I will probably watch it.
This actually looks very good. To be honest, I'm more looking forward to the Wheel of Time series but this is a nice treat too.
@RogerRoger The games aren't an adaption of the books, they're an original story set after the books. I think they need to make that more clear as a lot of people make that mistake, leading to things like people complaining that Geralt or Yennefer look too young in the TV show.
Looks fantastic.
I'm quite impressed with Henry's sword wielding abilities. The fight scenes looked rather spiffing.
They give credit for being based on the books, but clearly the art style and Geralt's armor is from CD Projekt Red.
This looks amazing. I can't wait. Sheesh, my head is exploding with all the good streaming stuff right now.
