The force is strong with this patch because Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast now finally supports inverted controls on the Y-axis thanks to an update that went live yesterday. Those of you who choose to questionably change the camera controls on PlayStation 4 can now safely buy this port of the game's first appearance on a Sony system.
The fix for the lack of inverted controls on the X-Axis, however, is nowhere to be seen. We're not quite sure why you would ever want to invert the thumbstick in that direction, but maybe another patch further down the line will fix it.
Are you going to buy Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast now that this patch has been implemented? Invert your comment below.

I bought it, I wish more effort was made to modernise the controls as it's a tough play but such a great game
Been playing since the patch, Im one of those who has to invert Y. I stared this I think on gamecube back in the day. Really enjoying the game on PS4, as an older gamer I think I miss some aspects of 'challenging' design, typically found in games of this era. You really need to visually explore every area for clues how to progress.
@Robinsad on the original game you could remap the controls but I don't know if this version is the same
NICE!!! I hope the switch gets the patch soon too. And I hope the don’t combine inverted stick option with the motion control like crapcom did with resident evil revelations 2. Keep that stuff separate
