The word is that we’re due a big blowout on The Last of Us: Part II imminently, and that may be further evidenced by the hotly anticipated sequel’s appearance at Madrid Games Week 2019 next month. The show – which is set to run in the Spanish capital from 3rd October through 6th October – will boast a beefy PlayStation booth, where Naughty Dog’s latest will be on display.
While the sophomore survival horror is unlikely to be playable, it’s mentioned in the same paragraph as Death Stranding, which is getting a theatre demo at the show. Our guess is that whatever media comes out of Sony’s upcoming showcase for Ellie’s return will be repurposed at the España-based event.
Other titles playable at the PlayStation booth will include Medievil, Nioh 2, Predator: Hunting Grounds, Marvel’s Iron Man VR, and Final Fantasy VII Remake. It sounds like a strong lineup, but it’s that reference to TLoU that’s set our heart aflutter. We simply can’t wait for this release to re-emerge in a few days.

The hype cycle for this, Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima have all been way too long. I don't even care about seeing more at this point. The games are starting to feel old before they're released. Just release them so I can play them.
Ellie looks awsome. 😃
Ghost of Tsushima was also confirmed for TGS, I didn't see it.
@NoxAeturnus Agreed. There was absolutely no need to announce TLOU2 so soon after Uncharted 4 and before The Lost Legacy even came out.
Well friend of mine works for a translation company with just finish translation of The Last of Us: Part II, so i think the release date is real close. Maybe February?
