Despite the lack of a solid release date, Kingdom Hearts III Re Mind is supposedly almost upon is. It's set to release between now and 2020, and the DLC's latest trailer has us hyped up all over again. The base game is one of the year's very best titles, and it looks like 2019 will go out with a Sora-shaped bang whenever this expansion drops. Check out the trailer above, but beware of major spoilers if you haven't played through Kingdom Hearts III itself yet.
As per the footage, some of the biggest talking points are that data battles and dark forms will return in the DLC. Furthermore, there'll be powerful new bosses to beat, the ability to switch between a variety of characters, and free keyblades for anyone who downloads the update.
We'll be sure to update you with a price and release date as soon as that information becomes common knowledge, but until then, let's appreciate the trailer we already have. What do you make of this Re Mind DLC? Weird name or hype-inducing? Let us know in the comments below.

I... uhh... actually forgot it came out this year! 😅
I have no idea why I haven't played KH3 yet. I waited 10 years and then just kinda forgot about it coming out this year.
Still wont save the lame story, lack of square enix characters. Still missing so much that made the other kingdom hearts games amazing
@nessisonett Unfortunately I played through it and still forgot about it. Not that it's a bad game, but once it's over, not many compelling reasons to play more, at least in my opinion.
We get to play as Aqua.
The DLC is already a win in my book.
I'm super excited for this. My mind has been racing with theories and predictions all morning. Must have watched the trailer at least 20 times by now.
Namine being there in physical form in the Dive to the Heart is most definitely intriguing.
@Broosh It's strange, I waited for every trailer with bated breath, replayed every other game (except Re:Coded, that blows), and yet never really got round to playing it. Ah well, it's cheap now, maybe after finally starting Horizon I'll buy it.
@nessisonett Yeah it's certainly worth a look at a discount! Just unfortunate it didn't have much replay value, especially compared to the other two mainline games.
