Atlus is really starting to pump these Persona 5 Royal character trailers out now, and today it's Yusuke's turn. Once again showcasing some brand new dialogue scenes and some fresh gameplay clips, it looks like every member of the Phantom Thieves is going to get some additional time in the spotlight.
The highlight here is Yusuke and Ann's special move, which sees the former perform some especially cool slashes with his sword. We're loving these new team attacks.

I didn’t really like Yusuke at first, but he really grew on me as the game progressed. Makoto is still best girl.
Yusuke is my fav party member on P5. Which is impressive since everyone in the cast is, at least, amazing.
Best boy of the series, even better in Q2. Can’t wait for this game!
I thought he was dull and rather forgettable if I'm honest.
@ApostateMage Yusuke had a good story, but his personality was a bit annoying. He still wasn't nearly as forgettable as Haru. She seemed rushed and tacked on last minute to me.
@NathanUC @ApostateMage I think more than anything, the issue with Haru is she's introduced too late. Everyone else has way more time to embed themselves in the story, whereas Haru, like you say, almost feels rushed because of how quickly she has to be brought up to speed.
Fortunately, it does sound like Royal will go a long way in fixing issues like this with its expanded story and more character moments.
@ShogunRok Yes, she's introduced early but she is "playable" very late ...they can easily fix that in a lot of ways. I hope they get rid of the "one new character per dungeon" mechanic in P6, it is stale and makes the game predictable and linear
@Feena Tend to agree. It also makes it seem as though the "real" story doesn't kick in until the final few chapters, or dungeons, after you've managed to recruit everyone. The structure definitely feels just a touch too rigid at times. Not a huge problem, but I'd like to see a different approach to Persona 6 as well.
