The Alliance Alive, a 3DS Japanese role-playing game that launched back in 2018, is being ported to the PlayStation 4 later this year. The news comes via publisher NIS America, but there are no specific details to go on just yet.
The title's got a cutesy art style, a twisting, dialogue-heavy story, and turn based combat. The 3DS version sits at a 74 on Metacritic, with many reviewers pinning it as a pretty solid traditional JRPG experience. Our pals over at Nintendo Life gave it a whopping 9/10.

Good game - But not a 9/10
HD will help it a lot. The 3DS could not do the art justice. jRPG fans should check it out.
Probably get it on PC just to archive it 🤔
Added the trailer!
Shame Atlus have given both this and Utawarerumono to NISA.
I've been wanting to play this and never had the chance on the 3DS, so this is great.
I don't have a 3DS at the mo, so I'm definitely interested in getting this for PS4 in the future!

Got it recently enough for 3DS that I'm not going to double dip, but if you like JRPGs from the PS1 era, I'd definitely recommend it.
