Bethesda has kind-of-sort-of revealed what it has in store post-launch for Fallout 76. In an official blog post, the developer writes "We have an incredible list of updates we’ve begun work on – from C.A.M.P. building improvements, new quests and events, new Vaults opening, character respecing, a faction-based PvP system, and much more."
Bethesda has previously said that it plans on supporting Fallout 76 for a long time to come, so it's fair to expect stuff like regular live events and fresh content. It's the "faction-based PvP system" that's caught our eye, however, if only because the standard PvP system in Fallout 76 seems... Messy at best. Something with a bit more structure might be good.
What do you hope to see from Fallout 76 after its release? Make a joke about bug fixing in the comments section below.

Is it bad that I can't even be bothered to write a joke about this game?
Having said that put some NPC's in it
Yeah, yet another reason for me to not get this at launch. Wait for bugs to be patched, content to be added and save about £30 in the process.
Who cares at this point? It's an obvious cash grab. This makes me worried about future Fallout titles and TES VI though ☹️
I think Bethesda is going to join the ranks of EA and Activision, if they're not already there. Creation Club was not a good sign and now this...
@General_Spiller well tbf online only games always gets content after release so in a sense non of these online games come complete day 1.
So it's not a fault that this game has but more of how this genre lives on. For better or worse.
but anyway not going to buy it. It is not fallout,it is not a product that they seem to have made with care if the beta and infamous letter to fans are anything to go by,and I just can't be bothered anymore with Howard,Hines and their arrogant stance.
@Amusei If this underperforms, then it could be a good wake-up call for Bethesda.
@Jaz007 Lets hope so
