We've already seen some footage of Kingdom Hearts III's take on Big Hero 6, but this new trailer from Tokyo Game Show 2018 gives us another look at the newly unveiled world. We also see snippets from other worlds in the game, including Tangled, Frozen, and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Alongside the new trailer, Square Enix also released a handful of screenshots featuring the new characters. The game's visuals continue to look very impressive.

I'm really resisting watching this trailer. You have no idea how much I want to, but I feel like the trailers are showing too much now. Cannot wait for the game though, its gonna be insane!
@Miles_Edgeworth I totally agree, I've waited so long for KH3 now that I don't want to know too much. It's going to be great!

Do I need to play the previous KH to enjoy this one?
@Rhaoulos honestly, yes. I mean I'm sure you'd enjoy the gameplay, but the story would make very little sense. There have been about 8 or so games so far, and every single one of them is part of one big story, and they pretty much all pick up from where the last ones left off. For example, KH 1 goes straight into chain of memories, which goes straight into 2 and so on. I would reccomend getting 1.5+2.5 HD Remix, playing all them, then 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and then finally 3. Theyre all amazing, incredible games, that you will love and will also massively increase your enjoyment of KH3! I believe at the moment theyre selling some kind of package on the PS store (i think, maybe look it up), where you can get 1.5+2.5 and 2.8 now, and then 3 when it comes for about 70 quid?

@Rhaoulos To fully enjoy the story yep or you can just watch everything on YouTube but you might still miss little details that add personality to each character as for gameplay each game it's a little bit different especially chain of memories which is card base to attack the others have similar gameplay
Finally, after waiting for so long I'm ready to finish this series. It's already 16 year huh, it seems just yesterday I played the first kingdom hearts on ps2.
Cool trailer! Unfortunately I've never played any of these games and don't have the time to play all of them to catch up. Glad this is finally coming out for fans of the series really hope it lives up to expectations!
@redd214 As suggested, just watch a catch up video on youtube. I have played a few of the games and to be honest the story makes no sense anyway, so I'll be watching a refresher before I get KH3.

I don't get this. Personally I would feel very spoiled if Uncharted 4 was about to release and they'd release a trailer for every location you visit. Isn't it way cooler to discover there is a Big Hero 6 world at all, the first time you actually go there in the game?

@Kidfried i would say it's to produce more hype and potentially more sales say a person with no intention of buying the game saw this trailer and his favourite movie is big hero 6 he might potentially be interested in buying the game. Personally I agree with you though I wish they had held back on announcing some world's

Thanks both for the advice, especially the detailed recommendation on which game to buy. I never owned a playstation until recently and I have a huge game backlog (3 down, 25ish to go) and it keeps building up because of those awesome games being released!
But I've heard of this one so many times I might squeeze it on top of my list (I'm already looking it up on Amazon ).

@Rhaoulos I suggest waiting for sales, 1.5 + 2.5 and 2.8 are usually $20 New each when discounted, so $40 total.
@KidBoruto I'm not too crazy about digital anyway. I'll probably go fot the physical version. I can get both for less than £40 on base.com.

Oops, my bad. Many people refer to the eshop's sales. I'll definitely get it at a decent price. It seems games are usually slightly more expensive in the UK and we don't have as many insane discounts as black Friday.
@Rhaoulos From what I've seen the KH collections are always cheaper physically during sales and even outside of them.
Regardless, I'm happy you found them both for £40 or less !
