PlayStation 4 remaster Zone of the Enders: The 2nd Runner Mars has a confirmed released date, so if you like weird sci-fi stories with stylish mechs and cool music, you may want to grab a marker pen and head over to your calendar.
Following on from a VR and 4K demo that's set to launch in the near future, the full game will hit Sony's system on the 4th September in North America, and the 6th September in Europe. It'll be priced at $29.99 / £24.99. Pre-order from the PlayStation Store and you'll get a theme as well as a bunch of avatars.
Alongside full VR and 4K support, the remaster will also feature an optional 'pro' control mode, which "allows for faster selection of sub-weapons to help engage in rapid-fire combat". On top of that, there'll be a new very easy difficulty setting for those who just want to experience the suitably mad story.

A definite must buy for me! Glad to see it finally has an official release date.
Nice! Eager to try this in VR.
Damn another game getting released in September. Already getting pretty full 😂
If I had any money, it would be arching its way towards the screen right now. Loved the games on their first release, fully intend to play this in VR. #SOLD
This could be great in VR. Once I have VR I’ll probably get it.
